Linshuifeng Art Hostel

Genau wie ein Hotel, außer der hervorragenden Lage gibt es nichts, was man empfehlen könnte. Es gibt nicht genügend Handtücher, die Zahnpasta ist hart und es ist sehr voll. In einem Haus von etwa 13 Quadratmetern gibt es drei Betten. Es Es ist eigentlich nur ein lockerer Aufenthalt für eine Nacht, aber dafür sind 200+ erforderlich, was kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis darstellt. Es ist wirklich nicht so gut wie ein Aufenthalt in der Stadt. Es ist in Ordnung, ohne die Landschaft zu sehen, aber man kann den Lärm der Sanya Bay hören um 7 Uhr morgens. Das lohnt sich wirklich nicht. Wir haben die zweite Nacht im Voraus storniert. Ich habe meine Unterkunft gewechselt und dann hat mir das Hotel 10 % der Bearbeitungsgebühr abgezogen. Der Service von Ctrip war gut und sie haben entschädigt mich für diesen Teil des Geldes.

Nice place and old man is welcoming

The place is good, just be careful when you have to check-in because it’s in a different building. The owner is amazing, kind and helped a lot (if you can speak Chinese) but anyway he’s gonna do his best to assist you. The location is good, just in front of the seaside and by a walking distance from the main bus stops that allows you to explore the city. I really recommend to everyone this place !!!

Very welcoming place, the auntie working there is super helpful and friendly. Great location. Comfortable bed. Many restaurants and a huge supermarket 5 minutes away.

Stayed one week in two rooms, 3 nights balcony, 4 nights with better seaview. Location is great. Rooms are clean. The previous guests smoked, I opened windows and door for a few hours, ocean breeze got rid of smoking. One bathroom sewer smells little, just turn on ventilation fun, stay on if you are in room. Bus 8 from airport stops at ‘新风街口’, 50m from property, ￥5. Crossing street is Sanya bay, residents’ beach, accessible 24/7. Pedestrian street and underground mall are within fifteen minutes walking distance. With so many restaurants nearby, the rule is always ‘go with the crowds’. Buses to ‘大东海‘ – public beach, 30 minutes away, better sand, blue water, kind of tourism, many Russian friends. ‘亚龙湾‘ is another 30 minutes farther, the most beautiful public beach, but also most commercialized. The owners in their late 60s, will fulfill all reasonable requests day or night, eager to learn English at this age, respectful, trustworthy. If you seek luxury, this place is not for you. If you want to live like local, book it when it’s available.

I was given another room, smaller than the one in the picture, so I can't give a review about the booked room. From my room I could still see the ocean sideways. The landlady is really nice, she even showed me where to go to eat. What is very important: this doesn't look like a hotel! It is like a block of flats, so when you see the sign on the side of the building turn into the surrounded little square by the buildings. On the left take the first staircase and use the lift to go to the second floor where the check in is. Coming out of the lift go through the door on the right. It will lead you into a corridor, knock on the door straight opposite, the host lives there. She doesn't speak English. only a couple of really basic words, so have your translation app ready. The place can be easily accessed by public transport ( tram) from the railway station. Use apple map, but basically you just walk down till the road next to the sea and turn right and walk about 10-20 steps when you will see the sign on the side of the building in from of you. My apple map was very reliable all over Chine what to take to get where I wanted to go. You can walk to the beach and enjoy the sunshine or swim - it is just 5 minutes walk. In the evening there are plenty of free programs to choose from: concert, dancing, taichi, singing - even massage along the street next to the sea. I had an excellent back massage there. There is a huge supermarket within 10 minutes walk ( it is towards the tram stop where you get off). There is a fridge in the room, but no cooking or washing. This place is good for short stays for people on a budget.
