O hotel é bom mas é bem desorganizado, os funcionários fazem o que podem mas precisa de muita manutenção. Os quartos embora sejam todos do mesmo tamanho variam quanto a decoração e itens disponíveis, café da manhã ótimo, piscina pequena e vista incrível. O ponto negativo mais grave para minha família foi a desorganização quanto à gestão das reservas, pagamos o valor das estadias meses antes da hospedagem, por ser no período do reveillon, na chegada a recepção não informou que a reserva não havia sido paga, minha irmã tinha cópia dos comprovantes e nos deixaram subir. No checkout a mesma situação constrangedora aconteceu, a recepcionista não encontrou o pagamento da reserva e disse que o hotel não estava disponível na plataforma que usamos para reservar. Deu tudo certo no final, mas ninguém gosta de passar por esse tipo de constrangimento.

Guten Abend. Mein Mann und ich mögen den Aufenthalt sehr, feiern 3 wunderbare Tage und gab es zu gut zu beten. Wir mögen alles, von der Unterkunft zum Freizeitraum. Zimmer mit komfortablem Bett und Bettwäsche denke ich q ist 400 Draht ....kkkk sehr weich, schlafen 😴 sehr gut. Frühstück hatte fast alles ein. wenig, begeistert immer. Ich mag die Bar der TBM Pool, fairer Preis und alles q wir beantragen kam in der Capricho, Gin, capiroska und Teil gegen File und Hühnerstreifen gepflückt, lecker, gut kräftig , und gut serviert. Ich möchte mich für die gute und entspannte und gut humorvolle Betreuung der Mitarbeiter (APOLO und BIANCA ) BAR beglückwünschen. Und von Herrn JOAO q hat uns mit dem Gepäck bis zum Auto geholfen, sehr leistungsfähig. Ich möchte wieder mehrmals 😁🫶🙌👏 Wir lieben den Pool TBM. Danke.

No check-in O atendimento foi apressado sem explicar com atenção o funcionamento do hotel. O quarto era agradável, apesar de pequeno, a roupa de cama estava suja (algum problema de lavanderia eu acredito), o controle da TV estava quebrado. Apesar dos problemas o pessoal atendeu rapidamente as solicitações. O café da manhã precisava ser agendado com antecedência.

The experience at Hotel Sheraton in Santos, SP, left us utterly disappointed. Despite its promising location near the beach, shopping, and restaurants, our stay was marred by a series of frustrating incidents. Booking through the Marriot Bonvoy app, we were misled about the payment process, as we had to pay at the hotel despite having paid through the app. The room reservation added insult to injury; expecting two queen beds, we were provided with a king bed instead. The inconvenience extended to the parking situation, where not only did we have to pay for parking, but also rely on hotel staff to retrieve our car, as guests were not permitted in the parking lot. The check-out process was a debacle, with the lobby's customer service displaying a baffling lack of awareness. Despite my proficiency in Portuguese, the staff struggled to comprehend the situation, adding unnecessary delays. Compounding the issues, not only did the lobby customer service exhibit a clear disregard for communication, but as someone fluent in English, understanding what they were trying to convey proved to be an arduous task. Considering the hefty price tag of the room, the breakfast's simplicity was a letdown. As someone who frequents Santos, I've decided unequivocally that Hotel Sheraton won't be on my list for future stays. The overall experience was far from the standard one would expect from a reputed hotel chain, leaving us with a bitter aftertaste that overshadows any positives the location might offer.

Hotel muito bem situado próximo a Av.Ana Costa e perto de 3 shoppings... Fica 3 quadras da praia do Gonzaga Canal 2... Hotel muito charmoso...Funcionários educados é solícitos. Quarto bem amplo e decorado com Sala e sofás amplos,com mesa é cozinha funcional Duas TVs sala é quarto e sacada confortável. Tem ar condicionado na sala e quarto. Chuveiro sensacional... O café da manhã bem simples:Queijo e presunto,2 tipos de sucos,3 tipos de pães e 3 tipos de bolo,3 tipos de frutas,cereais... Café da manhã básico...Único ponto a melhorar. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar novamente sem problemas... Hotel foi uma grata surpresa.

Passei apenas uma noite porque fui visitar o mirante homônimo que fica bem perto. O café da manhã é bom e variado, mas não vi suco natural nem detox. Assento simples do vaso quebrado destoava do bom banheiro com box. Colchão confortável que não fazia barulho ao se mexer. Atendimento, limpeza, frigobar, ar condicionado e wi-fi bons. Diária de última hora e não reembolsável pode ser mais barato. Muito frequentado por trabalhadores com seus uniformes, alguns já com suas mochilas que comem rapidamente de manhã.

Nach europäischen Maßstäben ein Mittelklassehotel, für manchen dürften die fehlenden Balkone störend wirken aber das ist bei dem hohen Gebäude eher gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist beeindruckend, selbst für einen Kenner der portugiesischen Gepflogenheiten, und extrem reichhaltig. Leider kann ich das von der Küche im Restaurant nicht sagen und nache dem ersten Versuch gaben wir es da auf. Gleiches gilt für die Bar ganz oben, toller Ausblick über die Stadt aber eine schlechte Performance hinter der Bar. Fitnessraum, Pool und Sauna auf dem Dach waren eine geniale Erfahrung. Wir werden wohl widerkommen.
