Lovely hotel! It's clean and safe, staffs are very helpful in all possible ways. Most importantly it's only few minutes away from the main streets.

The staffs are super nice!! The room is much nicer than I expected. Very clean. Good location.

Schon vor der Ankunft fühlten wir uns toll betreut - ein Abholservice vom Flughafen wurde angeboten, aber nicht aufgedrängt. Die Begrüßung durch die Eigentümer war sehr herzlich, wir fühlten uns gleich Willkommen. Besonders toll: Ein selbst erstelltes pdf-Dokument mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Tipps wurde uns über WhatsApp übermittelt - wann immer wir Fragen hatten oder Hilfe benötigten, konnten wir über WhatsApp kommunizieren. Lemon Suites liegt direkt am Rande des Zentrums von Thira und somit perfekt ruhig gelegen, fernab des Nightlifes :-) und trotzdem in 3 Minuten zu Fuß wieder mitten drin im Geschehen. Auch sonst kann man von dort aus all die Traumziele der Insel gut erreichen. Die Zimmer sowie die gesamte kleine Anlage sind unglaublich liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich sehr gut und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auf unserer Terasse befand sich ein Whirlpool, der uns viele relaxte Stunden beschert hat, eine kleine Nespresso-Maschine und Teeauswahl mit Wasserkocher sowie täglich eine große Flasche Wasser haben uns "grundversorgt". Toll fanden wir auch, dass wir unsere Koffer nach dem Checkout in einem Schrank einschließen und eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Sitz- und "Chill"-Möglichkeiten bis zur Abholung zum Flughafen zur Verfügung stand. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und herzlich, die gesamte Anlage ist absolut sauber. Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen und sagen DANKE für die Gastfreundschaft und die tolle Erholung, die uns - nicht zuletzt auch durch die wunderschönen Zimmer - so gut getan hat!

In a few words - the best place to stay in Santorini ! Let's start with the hosts and the staff - extremely friendly people , taking their time not only to check you in/out , but also to explain everything you need to know about the island , best places to visit , best times to visit those places, ways of transportation, a bit of the island's history , so you are aware of what you exactly are seeing/experiencing. They also proposed the best things to do/visit which would fit the length of our stay, which we did and were really happy because this really fit our busy schedule ! Location - the property is located a few hundred meters up from the city center and the bus station of Fira. It is right on top of a lovely small street ( walking only ) which has tons of small shops and tavernas , just a few minutes walking distance from the Caldera bars and restaurant where you can take breathtaking photos and videos. On its left side ( 5 m ) runs a road which is allowed for cars , scooters etc. and you can go everywhere from there. Parking - right above the property is located a big parking which is free. This is really important for people planning to rent some kind of a transportation vehicle. We did rent a quad , so having a free parking right next to our door was precious ! The room - it was more than what we expected. It had a sea view , really big teras with jacuzzi and 2 sunbeds , as well as a table and 2 chairs. The interior was exceptional, original and giving the authentic Santorini ( Greece ) feeling . The bathroom was really big , really well equipped ( with modern shower facilities ) . The bed was big and comfy , with really great pillows which offered us a relaxing sleep after the long hot sunny days ! The room was climatized , but be aware that the air conditioner works only when both the entrance and the teras doors are closed ( which is logical :)) ) . There was also a fridge , tv and a big wardrobe in the room .

We stayed here very last minute and it did no disappoint . The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was spotlessly clean , spacious and well designed , we loved the interior. It had everything we needed , nice small details in the room such as a scan QR code with ideas to do. The bed was very comfortable , lots of clean towels for use, shower gel, slippers, hair dryer , air con , coffee etc. The hot tub was also a great touch . This stay saved our last night on holiday from being a disaster , we are very happy we stayed here . Thanks so much !

A beautiful place to stay. Lovely people, cooperative and accommodating. They gave us our room in the morning itself when the check in was not until 3 am. Quite a value for money, considering it’s near to the Fira market and accessible from Firostefani, the bus stop, trip advisor recommended eateries and the bike rentals!

We physically couldn’t have asked for more. The room was stunning with all necessary facilities. Cleaned everyday! The room looks exactly like the pictures but even nicer in person. The hot tub was an excellent feature and really nice facility on the evenings. We were given clean towels and water etc anytime we needed them within moments!! The shared balcony and terrace is a beautiful area and is a bonus! Perfect location. Moments away from the main area of shops and bars and restaurants etc but just out of the way to be peaceful. Marcus was unbelievable. Couldn’t do anymore for us if he tried. We were given a WhatsApp contact at the beginning of the trip and they answered any questions at any time of the day. Constantly offering recommendations and help. Even before we arrived whoever deals with the emails was SO quick to respond and got our transfers etc sorted the same day. So helpful! Great price and well worth the money. We couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you.

From check in to check out Maria and Marco where amazing. The area is perfect, rooms big and clean and I read somewhere that the school across was load - that is not the case. A special shout out to Marco, it was my friends 35th birthday and he went out of his way to be my partner in surprising her with loads of spoils one being neon helium balloons from another village. Nothing was too big of an effort for him and he truly made us feel so special and welcome!

Lemon Suites is a true gem of Santorini, providing a lovely place to relax at any time of day - from the hot tub to the lovely terrace. Everything about our stay was wonderful, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurants recommended and weren’t disappointed. We arrived late in the evening but utilised the shuttle service (£25 each way in Sep 2022) and it was seamless from airport to being let into our room within 15 minutes. If you’re a really light sleeper I would pack some earplugs as there can be noises from the hot tub in the night and the school nearby starts at ~8am. But it’s not too loud at all. If you’re looking for somewhere with disability/limited mobility access this is located on a steep hill so may not be suitable. The comfort suite is so spacious and has plenty of comfortable seating and places to unpack. Each day we were replenished with new coffee, tea and 1.5L bottle of water. But if you need anything there is a very small shop a few steps away. The location is great for being near to the caldera view and restaurants, whilst also benefiting of not being too overcrowded. I cannot recommend Lemon Suites enough and we’ll definitely be back!

A great stay. The room with balcony and hot tub was faultless, great interior design, clean, quiet air con, spacious stand up shower. Very comfortable beds in a quiet location within a short walk of the main streets of Fira. The highlight - the staff and hospitality. Happy to help with any queries.
