Die Aussicht vom Zimmer ist schön, aber es gibt zu viele Stufen unterschiedlicher Höhe von der Rezeption zum Gästezimmer. Für Freunde mit eingeschränkter Mobilität ist es nicht zu empfehlen.

非常棒的酒店，房間衞生乾淨，主動搬運行李，雖然有很多台階，但也是懸崖酒店的特色。景色無敵，適合躺平。去伊亞小鎮很近，早上去拍了藍頂教堂，晚上看落日。完美😍

都挺好的。就是隔壁某家才3750，某程貴了400！！！氣哭了！酒店啥都很好，無可挑剔。2點退房了在健身房一直待到了5點

價格太貴，環境好

Ich war diesmal nur kurz zu Besuch im Hotel Mystique, ohne Übernachtung, um mir den tollen Aufenthalt 2022 in Erinnerung zu rufen (diesmal war ich auf Santorin auf einer Inselhopping-Tour mit einer Gruppe im anderen Teil der Insel). Ich wurde im Hotel sehr freundlich empfangen und konnte einen leckeren Drink mit wunderbarem Blick genießen. Dabei wurde mir klar, dass ich beim nächsten Santorin- Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder Mystique auswählen werde - dieser Ort ist einfach magisch! Wer es hier überteuert findet, der vergisst wo er sich befindet - auf einer der vielleicht schönsten Inseln der Welt UND an dem besten Ort auf der Insel überhaupt. (Tipp: Naxos ist eine günstigere Insel.) Die Mitarbeiter sind hier toll, freundlich, aufmerksam und beim Service gibt es - und gab es während unseres 1 wöchigen Aufenthalts in 2022 - nichts zu beanstanden. Wir (69 und 59) waren für eine Woche Gast in diesem perfekt gelegenen Hotel. Familiäre Atmosphäre, sehr, sehr freundliches Personal, und mit Zimmer nr. 222 auch ein Traum. Natürlich gibt es keinen Calderablick, dafür einen tollen Blick auf die andere Seite der Insel bis zum Meer und (fast) den Sonnenuntergang vom Pool . Es ist sehr herzlich hier, griechisch lokal traditionelle Küche und ein sehr schöner Pool Natürlich, es ist nicht alles super modern und manche Kleinigkeiten könnten renoviert werden. Allerdings ist es dafür bezahlbar und die gesamte Atmosphäre stimmt einfach! W-lan ist hervorragend, und nach 20 Metern steht man auf der schönsten und berühmtesten Promenade der Welt, denke ich : die kraterrandgssse in Oia! Sonnenuntergang, Marmorpflaster, 1000 Läden und die schönsten Gaststätten mit dem einzigartigen Blick auf die Caldera! Schön hier.

The Mystique Hotel in Oia Santorini is amazing. The service is exceptional. Ilias greeted us and was a great host. Konstantinos was awesome and took care of us by the pool every day. Be prepared to walk up and down steep stairs.The hotel is a strong 10. I would highly recommend it

The steps make this an insane place to stay. It's is very very challenging to go down uneven steps. Just not worth staying here. We are a fit couple and did not find the steps to and from the room fun. Steps to get to room, more steps to get to pool, even more to get to breakfast. Then all the way back- just no fun!

The worse experience I’ve ever encountered. This place is unsafe, outdated, the room was musty and the rooms are not worth the price. There are plenty of other nice hotels near this hotel that are 1/3 of the price they’re charging.

I can’t believe there are people complaining about there being steep steps, it’s Santorini… the picturesque, cliff side resorts are in fact on a cliff. Also, the staff takes care of your bags for you, they carry them and they drop them off at your room. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. Everything was incredible. We came here on our anniversary, and it felt like we were on our honeymoon all over again. To start, the location is perfect. It’s right near the entrance to the walkway in Oia. What this means is it’s very accessible to all the restaurants and shops (and the walkway in Oia is mainly flat until you get closer to the sunset area or down to Ammoudi), yet secluded enough where you don’t hear the crazyyyy hustle and bustle of the downtown area. People come to Oia from other parts of the island for day trips, and tons of people are dropped off by the boat load (literally) from cruise ships since there’s a port. Downtown Oia area gets as crowded is most people warn you about. It’s loud. Walkways get congested with how many people are moving around. That’s why Mystique truly feels like an oasis where you get the best of both worlds of being in Oia but not dealing with large crowds. You don’t hear a single thing. It’s very private and relaxing. Our driver also was able to drop us off right at the hotel entrance, which isn’t the case for other hotels off of the walkway since cars aren’t allowed in the downtown area. Second, the staff are truly top notch. They are so very kind, attentive, and they are super quick to respond to whatever you need. Every time we called for something (such as extra water bottles for the room, etc), they were at our door within minutes. We ordered breakfast to the room most days and we’d eat out on our terrace. By the time we went inside and changed and came back out, the plates disappeared. I swear they know where to be at all times, they are so discrete, it was like everything magically cleaned itsself up as soon as it needed to be. They can book you reservations, excursions, whatever you need. They also went above and beyond for us having status with Marriott and with it being our anniversary. Email them in advance and ask for recommendations! We almost did a catamaran cruise from Viator where the port was on the other side of the island. They recommended one that left out of Ammoudi Bay which was so much closer. Lastly, the hotel is amazing. The caldera views are incredible. Sunrise is something special. We stayed in a wet allure suite (room 45) and in my (biased) opinion I feel like we had one of the best views from our hot tub and we had complete privacy. I was a little nervous about staying in a cave, I thought it might be musty, which wasn’t the case at all. When you pay these prices, you want to feel like every penny is worth it and that’s exactly what we felt during our stay. You get the full luxury experience.

This hotel looks lovely at first but we wouldn’t stay there again. Our room was nice but the so called sea view was way in the distance past a dilapidated parking lot. Breakfast served in our room was cold and our packed breakfast for our last morning with an early ferry departure was a disgrace. Plain bread, yoghurt and a pear. The waiter in the restaurant was helpful, Stefanos. Location also not great although they did provide a shuttle bus. Not our best experience for the high price.

This resort is next to Oia by walking 5-10 minutes along cliff top path. It has fantastic sea view from room built on the cliff. There were two pools in this resort. Don't miss the restaurant located on the top with panoramic sea view. Room was comfortable. Service was professional and efficient.
