White Pearl Villas was wonderful! As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos. Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best. As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though. The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature. The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day. The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices. There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers. We did not try the breakfast or the massage service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!

Ausgezeichnete Lage. Unser Aufenthalt in der Mystic Villa war einfach atemberaubend. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit während unseren gesamten Aufenthalt. Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit in Oia. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Our stay was great from beginning to end, everyone was so welcoming. The location of our villa was great, the room was big, beautiful and just how the pictures showed. Our stay was worth every penny, will stay here again, view was also priceless.

Beautiful, pristene villas. We stayed at Ocean Breeze, a Comfortable and spacious villa, 2?Bedroom villa. Spectacular views from the porch outside, where our breakfast was brought to us every morning. We requested for vegetarian food and were left more than satisfied. Fresh pies, bread, cake, fruits and yummy yoghurt with a choice of coffee/tea with calming views of the sea - what's not to like !! The team at White Pearl were very hospitable and quick to respond to all our queries. The villas are located just at the entrance to Oia, very close to the taxi drop off point.

The White Pearl team was amazing - they helped book all of our excursions and restaurant reservations, gave us a choice of rooms on arrival and were generally so helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The room was spacious and had what we needed. The views of the caldera were spectacular and the ease of getting both into Oia and around the rest of the island was great.

We booked a beautiful room with a hot tub inside our room overlooking the sea. The room was super clean and beautiful. The staff, Dionysis, was very kind and helped us with everything right from reserving us a table at a beautiful restaurant at sunset to packing us a breakfast on our last day when we had to leave very early before the breakfast time began! We also booked another room with them which had an indoor plunge pool. There are different rooms available and if you're lucky, you can see the rooms for yourself upon arrival and choose whatever you like. Of course, the charges will differ. Their rooms are centrally located in Oia, at walking distance from the main street of Oia. The staff also helped us with car rentals, cruise bookings, restaurant reservations, etc. Overall this was a great experience and I highly recommend White Pearl Villas.

WOW!! This place is amazing. I travelled with my husband for 4 nights and stayed in secret escape villa. This place is absolutely perfect , the views is stunning, the place is spotless and the room is fantastic. I have travelled to many different countries and Santorini was definitely in my top 3 places to visit. When I was in our pool it was so private and quiet, it was like we were the only people on the island. Definitely one for the bucket list ✔️

The location is conveniently situated if you wish to stay in Oia; however, the exact positioning and view depend on the specific villa you choose. There's a small pool with sunbeds available for guests, should your villa lack these. Opting for the VIP rate grants you a breakfast voucher redeemable at a nearby café. From a limited menu, you can select a combination of eggs and a sweet item; these options are however fixed and cannot be mix and matched. The breakfast includes coffee or tea and orange juice. The VIP rate also provides a daily 1.5L bottle of water, coffee capsules for the in-room machine, and one laundry service per stay, with garments returned the following day (around 24 hrs later). Daily towel changes are included, though I'm not sure if the room gets cleaned daily. If there's one improvement I'd suggest, it would be the introduction of in-room breakfast service. Enjoying breakfast in your villa, especially with a stunning view, would enhance the experience. Additionally, offering a more flexible breakfast menu would also be nice. Overall, it was a really nice experience with exceptionally helpful staff!!

We travelled from Australia and the Location, Cleanliness, bed was super comfy, we had the Mystic Room, and it was magical, we loved every little thing about our stay, staff were always helpful and booking things was super easy! highly recommend. We fell in love all over again and can't wait to come back -

White Pearl Villa was a dream come true! They are kind, helpful and so accommodating. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and they were extremely responsive with recommendations, transportation, letting us check out at a later time, heating up the pool a few times. We would absolutely return to Santorini and stay in White Pearl Villa's again! Cannot recommend enough

Firstly I've got to say this is the best customer service of any accomodation I've ever stayed in. I was contacted multiple times prior to our visit to make our arrival as smooth as possible, including offering to arrange trips for me. We were met at the bus station and helped with our luggage which was a God send. We were then greeted by Dionysis the manager who is a real credit to the company, and he couldn't have been more helpful for our whole stay. Dionysis was always on hand to assist with any queries and the WhatsApp contact is a brilliant idea. This was always promptly answered. We were offered a choice of 3 villas which were all stunning. We decided to choose the Villa Mystic Luxury as we preferred the hot tub to be right outside our door, but they were all equally as good with their own individual perks. The villa was spotlessly clean with a stunning view of the Caldera and in a slightly quieter part of Oia, but within a few mins walk to the busy main street. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay for longer. We would stay here again without hesitation. The manager said on arrival he wanted to better our experience of Fira and they certainly done their best to make that happen. We couldn't fault the accomodation at all it was a fantastic experience. Though I would recommend a split trip between Fira and Oia as they were so different.
