這個酒店的位置不太好找，但是酒店環境非常棒，尤其是在露台上可以看到整個島外的秀麗風光，特別是日落的時候更令人驚艷。酒店的早餐也很豐富，價格小貴，值得推薦。

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Firalia, Casa in Rock Suites. We were a group of 12, who took up all but one of the rooms available. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the hotel is centrally located in Fira. The views from the balcony were absolutely amazing. The breakfast was very good and generous. George was very helpful and friendly. Thankyou for making our stay in Santorini so enjoyable.

Firalia, Casa in Rock Suites is such a beautiful hotel! Completely exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the old Captains Office and this room was so beautiful! Really spacious, clean and every amenity you’d want. It also has a private garden and seating area with private access to the hotel’s main rooftop terrace which has spectacular views of Santorini. The hotel team were exceptional, so helpful, so pleasant and so friendly. The location of the hotel is so central, literally 1 minute walk from all the bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.

This is an amazing and very unique venue. We were 2 couples and stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are really mini suites and full of character. Top class and everything provided including coffee machine. Mini bar too. Great history with this building. Ioanna was in the reception for our stay and she went way beyond what was expected. Ordering transport, booking the most amazing restaurants and generally offering personalised recommendations at every opportunity. Genuine and only interested in getting the best outcome for us. Thank you. Views are amazing from the roof terrace. 5 star accommodation and service. We can't recommend this venue enough.

Exceptional. Unique property with rooms converted from a cavern built into the cliff - but airy with tall ceilings, roomy with good lighting. Clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated in Fira with beautiful sunset views from the terrace. Attentive and thoughtful manager. Generous and delicious breakfasts. 10/10 would recommend. Only thing I wish I had known before hand is that you should coordinate your arrival with the hotel so they can have a porter meet you to help with luggage. You cannot drive into old Fira where the hotel is located, you must climb the road up and then - being on the cliff side - there are many stairs down to the hotel. This is true for all the properties in Fira and Oia.

Everything about this place is absolutely amazing. George / Kosta and their team are so friendly, warm, receptive and will go out of their way for anything you need. The included breakfast is definitely worth the value and you will not go hungry, highly recommended. It is centrally located to everything, it has 2 balconies where you can view the sunset from both. The room especially was perfect with travelling with 2 x 16yr old twins with 2 single beds in the main room and a beautiful main bedroom with a large double bed. The bedroom also had a great shower with a fixed shower head instead of a hand held unit. We cant speak highly enough of this place, wish we could have stayed a bit longer. Has a beautiful courtyard where you can have breakfast in the morning. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. We disliked nothing. They have only been operating this place since May 23, if this had a spa / hot tub / small pool would have been the icing on the cake but not a deal breaker and made no difference to our trip.

This cozy hotel is in a very good location of Fira, amazing view from roof top, near to everything, but not in the noisy area with bars and so on, the building is old one, perfectly refurbished, nice room, nice design, staff super kind and helpful and able to fix any request, price reasonable, maybe if I can give an advice it would be nice to have the breakfast with a nice buffet in the patio in the main body of hotel, but just my personal idea, because I was solo traveler in this trip.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful new hotel. The room was large comfortable and typical Santorini cave. The location was good- right on the slop of the caldera. This is a great place for a perfect visit to Santorini. I don’t think our family will want to stay anywhere else. In addition to the great hotel, the staff is amazing. So helpful and courteous. Really nice people happy to help. Our thanks to Constantine and George for making our stay so perfect!
