Das Hotel ist gut, der Preis ist nicht hoch, wenn man frei reisen kann, ist es nicht empfehlenswert, hier zu wohnen, es gibt einen Parkplatz. Das Buffet im Hotel ist durchschnittlich, man kennt die WLAN-Geschwindigkeit, etwas klemmt, das Hotel ist ein zweistöckiges Zimmer, ich weiß nicht, wo der Router installiert ist, wenn das Zimmer weit weg ist, gibt es kein Signal an alle. Der Hotelservice ist weiterhin verfügbar und bietet einen Abholservice, aber der Preis ist, wie Sie wissen, mindestens fünfmal teurer als in China.

Das Hotel ist bequem, weil es in der Stadt fast schön zugänglich ist. Das Personal ist alle freundlich und näher gelegen. Die Zimmer sind groß genug, um zu bleiben und sauber. Der Internetanschluss ist konsistent. Das Badezimmer ist auch riesig und es gibt eine heiße Dusche. Sie werden nie bedauern, zu bleiben und das Beste ist die niedrigeren Zimmerpreise und die flexible Check-in-Zeit. Sie können Check-in & Check-out jederzeit ohne versteckte Gebühren ansehen. HILFE. !

We book for an overnight with family.There was 1 room left they is good for 2 pax ,surprisingly the room was so spacious.We were greeted by the friendly staff and assist us.They do not charge additional even we have 3 children with us.The place was good and lots of hotspring pool.They also have cold one.

Großer Ort, wenn in Calamba zu bleiben. Sehr neu, sauber und gemütlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bietet immer Grüße. Nahe der Autobahn für einfachen Zugang zu und von täglichen Ausflügen. Nur etwa eine Stunde von Manila. 7-11 über die Straße. Jolibee und andere Restaurants in der Nähe. Café im Hotel hatte wirklich gutes Frühstück. Nettes Pool, aber ich konnte es nicht verwenden. Nur der Fall ist die Hallen fehlen Soundproof Materialien, so dass Aktivitäten im Hallen sind verstärkt. Sehr ruhig in der Nacht, aber morgens kann laut sein, wenn Sie planen zu schlafen. Sugst Ohrsprüche. Ich werde eigentlich dieses kleine Geschirr verpassen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Das Zimmer und die Toilette sind sauber. Super gefällt mir, dass man den Lärm draußen nicht hören kann. die Ruhe, die wir erreicht haben. Ein bisschen enttäuscht, weil der Fernseher kein Signal für YouTube hat, aber das macht unseren Aufenthalt nicht weniger großartig. Wir hatten zunächst nur ein Problem wegen der Buchungen, aber das Personal, insbesondere der Kundenservice von trip.com, hat uns geholfen. Ein großes Lob an euch, Jungs! Das Gespräch verlief ruhig und ich hatte das Gefühl, dass mir bei meinem Problem wirklich geholfen werden konnte.

Das Zimmer war gut, das Personal war hilfsbereit. In der Nähe gibt es ein schönes Hotel, in dem man mit schöner Aussicht frühstücken kann. Leider kann man den Vulkan derzeit nicht besteigen, das war sehr enttäuschend. Ich würde wieder dort übernachten, wenn Klettern erlaubt ist

NuukTaal ist ein sehr besonderer Ort. Eine erstaunliche Lage am See Taal gerade westlich von Talsay, die dramatische und manchmal tragische Geschichte des Sees und Vulkans stellt einen starken Widerspruch zur Ruhe und Schönheit dieser Landschaft dar. Das Hotelservice und das Essen sind hervorragend und das Personal ist so aufmerksam, freundlich und übermäßig freundliche Leute, die ich getroffen habe. Absolut schön und interessante Ruhe. Wird absolut freuen, zurückzukehren.

My last visit was 2 years ago.. and yesterday I tried it again (Sept 11-12) When we arrived the room is not yet ready and waited for 20 mins before releasing the room. The FO duty gave me the WIFI password for 2 devices only. while waiting we already connected to the wifi however when we arrived at the room the signal is so week and no internet connection. We called assistance, the IT officer went to our room and check.. He offered other wifi connection but still not working.. He went to our room thrice but the connection is not FIXED. ” wala man lang pasensya na po Maam,. kasi ganito ganyan,,,... Ang sabi lang niya is ”Malakas naman po ang internet bakit kaya di naconnect?” Connected naman daw ang phone nya bakit samin ay hindi. Para sabihin ko lang din Hindi outdated ang phone namin and Samsung naman. I am telling you dis cuz ito din nagig problem ko from last stay ko.. And ngayon di pa padin nag babago, walang improvement. Second, BOTTLED WATER. Nilagay namin sa ref yung 2 tubig then nung iinumin na namin.. don lang namin napasin na bawas na pala ung isang bote. Then sakto may dumaan na housekeeping sinabi ko ung about sa tubig. and yes wala nanaman sinabing ”pasensya or whatsoever” wala kumuha lang sya ng tubig.. tinanong ko pala sya kung libre lang ba ung tubig kung mag add sabi nya OO so pinalitan naman nya ung tubig namin 4 na bote ang binagay nya.. so ito na nga Gabi na ubos na ang tubig namin,. tumawag ako sa FO to refill again the water and sabi is MAY BAYAD na daw. Php 70 isang bote ng Summit Water 500ML. WOW. I am also working sa hotel pero ang tubig is libre kahit gaano kadami ang hingin.. my bayad man ang tubig pero un is kung ung branded talaga na bottled water. 500 ml na summit is 15 pesos lang... So namahalan ako.. ginawa ko nag padeliver nalang ako. Third, Last day.. I ask the FOA if possible for late check out. 1PM lang naman.. Ang sagot lang nya sakin is ... Ay Maam, hindi ko po alam tatanong ko lang po sa Supervisor. But nung time na un is sya palang naak duty so sabi ko babalikan ko nalang sya.. So, Over all.. I think, NEED ng staffs nyo ng training on how to answer queries.complain,concern ng guets.. Okay naman ung hotel nyo sana kaso if ganon ang staffs nyo pumapangit ang Image.

We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding a few minutes away. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm, though the individual standing guard at the gate could be a little more friendly. The hotel property is spacious and has a great view of the Taal lake, with the obligatory IG fixture on their lawn. It's obvious that the staff has experience in taking photographs of people and the scenery. Parking is ample, but not shaded. So the sun does beat down on vehicles. Best to keep the windows slightly open to let out the hot cabin air out. The hotel room is well equipped. Clean and functional. Room is well appointed. The pushbutton curtain is a welcome detail. Half finished renovations have marred the view from the balcony, but if doesn't totally ruin the overall experience. Noise suppression is a problem, as you can hear echoes from the lobby quite easily. The card receptacle was either disconnected or not working, as it did not shut off the electronics when the card is removed. TV viewing is juggling with two separate remotes instead of a universal one. No compendium in the room. Bathroom is clean and equipped with amenities. The Bathtub drain mechanism though needs to be attended to. Hot water is not as much as desired, but it does serve its purpose. WIFI in the room and around the hotel are not the greatest, for casual surfing and social media postings it's ok. Breakfast was ok, with the usual fair you find at other hotel properties. Pancakes could be better. The offerings didn't feature much local specialties. It would be good if the coffee is what Batangas was famous for. Sugar substitutes also would be nice. Waitstaff seems to not have a common theme in terms of uniform. At least they were prompt and present went needed, not dragging their feet when working. Unused furniture cluttered the corners of the dining space, making the audio equipment near the open gangway painfully out of place. The pool is beautiful. Not temperature controlled, but placed well enough to be under the sun most of the time. Not much space to go sunbathing. Clean towels are provided. Even though it's not a deep pool to begin with, there is a 'lifeguard' on duty. he could be a little more cheerful and approachable. Bathers though are in full view of the dining guests. So expect to be observed by the people inside in case you have a shapely figure. Safety signs are not that obvious. The Rules and Regulations poster could do with an update. It would be nice if the room had a compilation of literature that would recommend places to go to, places to eat nearby. A local map even. The hotel needs to clean up in terms of polish.
