I booked a one-night stay at this hotel, but by midnight, there was a major electrical issue. The elevator filled the hallway with smoke and began operating erratically, opening and closing while the power flickered. I grabbed my belongings and left the fourth floor room I was in as quickly as possible. Eventually, the lights went out completely, and smoke filled all the floors. I requested a refund, but the manager refused at first, telling me at 3 a.m. that I had already enjoyed my stay. Then, he said, talk to *******. I had booked through *******, which tried to contact the hotel to approve the refund, but the hotel never responded. So no refund for me. There were other guests requesting refunds as well. I left the place around 4 a.m., never having slept because the situation was that bad.

A low class place need an honest review !!! Bugs , mold , dusty , old , dangerous sector , speaking Spanish only , breakfast simple , pool unclean, food prices expensive , amenities and safe non existent, wow a low class place at a normal price ! Maybe a 1 star but not a 2 .

This hotel is a joke!!! When we got there, our room had no towels, when I went downstairs to ask for towels (I had to go downstairs to reception because their phones do not work) they told me the lights went out, so all the towels in the hotel are wet. Lol!!!! I had to shower because I had just came from the beach. The grout in the shower is filthy and the shower knobs have hair wrapped around them. My mom and sister we’re in another room and their bathroom was in similar conditions. I had to shower in the disgusting bathroom and use a shirt to dry myself. The beds have no comforters just a paper thin sheet. The next morning I still had to go downstairs to ask for towels; they did not bother bringing them to us. They have breaks you can buy, but I do not trust their cleanliness. Stay away!!!!!

El peor hotel! Personal grosero. Baño muy sucio con cortina asquerosa, desayuno vulgar de pésima calidad. Mobiliario de la habitación y almohadas sacadas de un vertedero de basura, piscina sin agua y sumamente sucis. Es un chiquero como hotel, a pesar de su buena ubicación no es recomendable ni para el peor enemigo

1/ L'emplacement est très intéressant, on peut se rendre en 10 minutes à pied au Parque Independencia et à la rue piétonne Conde, qui forment l'entrée dans la fameuse Zone coloniale de Saint-Domingue. Le wifi gratuit fonctionne convenablement. Pas de bruit extérieur. Débit de la douche excellent (eau froide/eau chaude). 2/ L'accueil est extrêmement décevant. La relation avec le personnel en général, de jour comme de nuit, frôle la nullité tout au long du séjour, on vous donne à tout moment l'impression que vous dérangez ! IL FAUT IMMEDIATEMENT ENVOYER TOUT LE PERSONNEL EN FORMATION. Petit déjeuner minimaliste, avec notamment un tout petit gobelet de café (léger) et pas de fruit. La chambre n'avait pas de vue sur mer ou sur piscine comme indiqué dans le descriptif, mais une vue médiocre sur un immeuble voisin et sa terrasse. Un petit frigo dans la chambre améliorerait le séjour du client, d'autant plus que le soir il est impossible d'acheter des boissons au bar de la réception ou à celui de la piscine et que les commerces de proximité ferment tôt. Salle de bains moyenne, le rideau et les robinets de la douche devraient être remplacés. Pas de téléphone dans la chambre.

Un hotel con unas instalaciones muy obsoletas, los muebles muy viejos y rotos, el colchón mejor ni mirarlo, y un trato pésimo por parte del personal. No es normal que pidas la llave de tu habitación cuando regresas después de haberla dejado en recepción y te digan que la tiene la empleada de la limpieza y no saben dónde está, y tarden más de media hora en encontrarla. Mientras tanto esperando sin saber que hacer, un servicio pésimo. El desayuno no merece la pena, te dan un esmirriado sandwich, un poco de huevo revuelto, un vaso de plástico de zumo que parece líquido de frenos y medio vaso de café, sin posibilidad de añadir leche, en fin, completamente fuera de los mínimos estándares de calidad. Y si intentas pedir que te cambien el zumo por otro café te contestan de malas maneras diciendo que no es posible. Algunas habitaciones tienen la puerta muy estrecha, menos de 1 m, una persona un poco gruesa no cabe, además de ser muy peligroso en caso de emergencia. No entiendo cómo puede tener 3 estrellas, les han regalado 2, yo no le daría más de 1.

Las puestas sin seguridad mal olor en los baños y decidimos retirarnos en menos de 10 minutos y pedimos que si por favor nos daban un reembolso por las dos noches siguientes que abonamos pagado con tono incómodo me dijeron que no era posible

Es terrible, mala higiene, olor a tabaco, cigarrillo, puertas sin seguridad, baños sucios, lo peor de todo, llegué y no dure 10 minutos en la habitación y pedí un reembolso de las noches subsiguientes y me lo negaron… se quedaron con mi dinero
