Horrible experience. Room booked was not available. Was given a higher floor but wanted the room booked with patio. Room being worked on next door woke us early in the morning. Outlets in bathroom didn’t work. Hot water on shower went out after 4 min. Cut tongue on broken glass at bar, offered drink for free and free breakfast while mouth bleeding! SMH ! Was told I would be comp one night (4 nights booked) and was never comp. Been to several Marriott and by this has been worst experience. New hotel so office supervisor/managers have no experience and don’t understand what customer service is. Marriott should be ashamed!! Entered a complaint thru Marriott bonvoy app and received robotic auto email saying sorry for experience but please come back🤣🤣

Stunning stay! From the moment I arrived, staff were super helpful. Directed me to reception, my room, explained all the normal procedures and made sure all was OK. Day staff in the main restaurant were brilliant. The rooms were lovely and spacious with nice sized beds and the shower room was lovely. Well worth the stay.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times over the past few months, and thought it's about time I wrote a review. Honestly, this is the best hotel I've stayed at in Santo Domingo, hands down. What really impressed me is the service and how much they care about their guests. I've hopped around different hotels in the city, and I have to say, this place has a level of service that I have not experienced in higher-end hotels in the area even those within the same hotel group or from other big brands. I've stayed here about five times now, and every single time, the service has been spot-on. Whoever's in charge of training and hiring the staff here deserves major credit—the team should teach the staff at other Marriott hotels in the area a thing or two. The rooms are spacious with awesome views, and the breakfast and lounge food are top-notch. It's way better than what I've experienced in similar category hotels nearby. This might not be the type of hotel I usually go for, but the service and the staff's attitude keep me coming back. Big shoutout to the team for doing such a great job.

Hotel dí nuovissima costruzione situato nella zona di Piantini ( la zona migliore di Santo Domingo Capitale) Siamo stati accolti con professionalità e entusiasmo…….. Tutto ottimo Servizio impeccabile Suite con vista sulla città bellissima Letto comodissimo Prima colazione e servizio presso La M Lounge perfetto! Un ristorante particolare va a Patricia che ci ha saputo consigliare molte attività da fare! Molto attenta nel riconoscere le nostre esigenze! Consiglio a tutti questo hotel

Hotel muito novo , limpo, impecável, atendimento muito bom, os quartos são ótimos . Café da manhã muito mas em especial a moça que faz o omelete, faz o melhor do mundo , além do cuidado em como o prepara. O restaurante tem uma opção externa q é deliciosa para um happy hour no fim do dia
