What a fabulous Hostel. The staff and volunteers offered tips and suggestions for a wonderful time in Santiago. Each guest gets an individual tour of the Hostel upon arrival, so you know where everything is straight away. I would like to mention some of the staff by name as they provided me with a terrific experience. They were Mario, Claudio, Basti, Santi, and the volunteers Julius, Stefan, Pascal. The people I met were all very friendly and both the Xmas and New Years Eve parties were a fabulous experience. I HAD AN ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL TIME AT THIS HOSTEL AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

Very nice hotel in the Providencia district, good connection to the metro, absolutely helpful staff and good breakfast. We were a group which arrived and left on different days. We stayed for one night ...between flights. From the south to the north in this hotel and could deposit luggage, everything worked out wonderfully. I can totally recommend it

This is a truly great hostel. The staff are friendly and helpful: Ivan, Juan, and Guillermo; and two of the guys played the guitar. A few times a week Juan would play his guitar and sing, and what a powerful voice he had. I could listen to him all day. The free breakfast provided every morning was excellent, and the a**osphere of the hostel was memorable. However, there was one person at the front desk (Scarlet) that was showing irrational behavior. In the beginning she was friendly and helpful, but then after a week, she turned dark and menacing towards me. She kept complaining that I changed my bed or dorm room, even when it was because of inappropriate behavior from another guest, and there were similar complaints from other guests. This morning she asked me if I ”changed my room again?” I said everything is good. There are no problems. Then she said, ”Okay, I will move you back to the room you were in last night.” That seemed odd. I said, I did not ask you to. You do that without my permission. She responded, ”I thought that is what you wanted.” Again, strange. She didn't stop. After getting the email address of the manager, I went upstairs to write an email. Ten minutes later she came up to where I was sitting and continued to badger me. I said she was disrespecting me, and I asked her to stop. She left and then returned a few minutes later, saying that she talked with the manager and I must leave the hostel immediately. She said I was disrespecting her by feeling disrespected. That I was attacking her or mistreating her, but nothing specific was mentioned -- because it didn't happen. No one that she spoke with ever talked with me. Whatever she said behind my back, that person never even told me what I was being accused of, nor did they ask me any questions. Then she threatened me with the police. I was stunned. I asked to speak with the manager. She promised if I came to the reception desk, the manager would speak with me. When I came down, I was not allowed to speak with him. I continued to finish my email to the address provided, and then the police came. It did not matter what the truth was. They listened to her speak in Spanish and then said to me, it doesn't matter what happened. She asks you to leave so you must leave. I walked out and here I am writing this review. I had been there for a couple weeks and I got to know all the staff and they got to know me. They and a number of other guests who had been there a while could testify to my character. I have not heard back from the email I sent to the manager. It seems that whatever Scarlet said behind my back, was believed without question, even when there were guests present, witnesses. And there were video recordings from different angles. I have heard about this type of thing happening in the United States, but we are in Chile. How could a manager allow a guest to be thrown out by the police without ever asking the accused a single question. Is that the world we live in now?

Friendly helpful staff. Lovely comfortable beds with more luxurious linen than usual. Hot showers. 3 elevators so never any waiting for one. Large continental breakfast (no hot food). Located on street with lots of restaurants. Bank 2 blocks away. Perhaps has soundproofing since there was no noise through the night.

Da das Hotel nicht ganz schlecht ist, ist es nur nicht gut oder gar nicht genug. Es gibt viele Fehler, die den Aufenthalt beschädigen und sehr. In dem Zimmer, in dem ich blieb, NICHT Wi-Fi, waren 5 Tage, als ich dort blieb, musste ich in die Nähe der Rezeption (außerhalb des Gebäudes, wo Sie Sitze haben, in der Nähe der Rezeption haben Sie nicht wohnen) zu haben, um das Minimum an Signal. Ich habe mich mehr als 4 Mal und mit verschiedenen Mitarbeitern gebeten und eine Lösung gebeten. Die Erklärung war, dass sie Probleme im Modem in diesem Bereich (mein Zimmer und Frühstücksbereich) und dass am nächsten Tag repariert werden würde, zu keinem Zeitpunkt war. Sie haben mir sogar versprochen, ein Zimmerwechsel zu machen, das dann unmöglich war. Und für die Wi-Fi-Netze, die das Zimmer genommen haben, geben sie mir nicht das Passwort und erklären nicht einmal, warum sie nicht geben. Zu dem Frühstück war er nicht gut, noch mehr für die Brasilianer. Erstens, dass die Dynamik des Frühstücks nicht gut erklärt wurde. Basierend VC geht aus seinem Zimmer, sitzt auf einem der Tische und erwartet, dass einer der Mitarbeiter mit den Mahlzeiten. Sie werden nicht gefragt, was Sie wollen oder weniger über die Optionen informiert, ist nicht Selbstservice wie in Brasilien. Zweitens, jeden Tag sind die gleichen Dinge unterschiedlich: Sandwich, ein Fruchtplatte, eine halbe Tasse Joghurt, ein kleiner Teil Getreide, ein Saft und Vc können Kaffee oder Tee serviert werden. Zudem sind die Mitarbeiter sehr erfahren, die Badezimmer sind nicht schlecht, die Betten sind komfortabel und die Klimaanlage ist sehr gut. In einigen Zimmern hat es keine Kühlschrank.

4,5/5,00 O Best Western Estacíon Central é um ótimo hotel. Ele possui quartos amplos e é bem confortável. O café da manhã é servido até às 10h e é bem farto, conta com variedades de frutas, cereais, pães, frios, ovos e linguiça. Os funcionários são bem receptivos e atenciosos. Eles disponibilizam uma marmitinha de café da manhã (sache de café, chá,fruta, sanduíche, iogurte) para que você possa levar no dia dos passeios, basta solicitar até as 21h na recepção. A região realmente não é boa mas o hotel conta com seguranças a disposição caso precise esperar algum uber ou taxi do lado de fora. Foi bem tranquilo pedir carros de aplicativo tanto durante o dia quanto durante a noite. Próximo ao hotel há uma estação da Turbus (estação alameda) e tem um metrô do outro lado da rua

Das ist ein wunderbares Hotel der Weltklasse. Das Personal ist äußerst hilfreich. Großes Frühstück und die Zimmer sind, was Sie von einem 4-5 Star Hotel erwarten würden. Wir blieben eine Nacht, als wir nach Chile kamen, und dann beschlossen wir, hier noch einmal die Nacht vor unserer Abreise zu bleiben. Unser Klingelmann Matias hat eine hervorragende Arbeit gemacht, um Details für eine besondere Feier auf unserem Rückreise-Stadt zu arrangieren. Er hat einen speziellen Käsekochen und Ballons zusammen mit unserem Bodentransfer vom Flughafen organisiert. Der Immobilienmanager Marco hat eine gute Arbeit gemacht, um unseren Bedarf für einen späten checkout und ein großes Zimmer für unseren Komfort zu befriedigen.
