Visiting family and wanted to stay in Sonoma. Everything was so expensive, I found this BW in Santa Rosa. I used points to get a cheaper rate. Joel looks like it was a very nice motel back in the day. Larger than expected. Our room was in the back, and was clean and updated. It was fine for our overnight stay. Room had a smell when we walked in and had to open slider for fresh air. We discovered a little potion that overlooks pool. I was disappointed we hadn’t arrived earlier so we could sit out there. There were two lotion bottles, and one was half empty. Must of been left from previous guest. That kind of upset my husband.

Große Lage - direkt am Autobahn. Genau in der Nähe von Costco und anderen Geschäften. Wir hatten kein Frühstück oder den Pool, aber es war schön, diese einzubeziehen, wenn wir wollten. Ruhig, Zimmer war schön und sauber; wie in den Fotos gezeigt. Der Dusch war ein Schritt in, was wir mögen. Wasserdruck war ok, aber viele heißes Wasser. Wir wurden 10 Dollar für Parkplätze bezahlt, was gut war, aber das Los füllt sehr schnell und scheint nicht, dass niemand das Los überwacht. Die Mitarbeiter waren angemessen freundlich; sie sagten dir nicht wirklich hi, wenn du ins Haus gehst, aber wir sind hilfreich, wenn du etwas brauchst. Insgesamt würden wir wieder bleiben.

Der Preis ist am besten für einen Hotelaufenthalt mit einer Küche und einem vollen Kühlschrank. Das Personal hat sich verändert und sie haben große Anstrengungen unternommen, um besonders zu sein, was sie in den Räumlichkeiten zulassen. Ruhe Nacht. Alles im Zimmer funktioniert und bei der Ankunft und ist sauber. Saubere Handtücher und Toiletten sind täglich verfügbar. Kostenloses WLAN und es funktioniert gut. Der Einkauf ist nahe, nur über die Autobahn. Ich spare Zeit und Gas, die in die Geschäfte reisen. Viele Orte in der Nähe, um zu bestellen, wenn Sie wählen. Das Wasser ist sauber. Es riecht nie wie Rauch in den Zimmern. Raucher müssen rauchen weg vom Gebäude. Sie sind tierfreundlich. Mein Auto ist sicher, es gibt Kameras im Parkplatz und im Büro.

Traveling on a stay-cation in NorCal and stayed at 3 IGH properties in a row. I have the other two to compare but I also am a prof. meeting planner and stay at a ton of hotels. I even inspect them for a living, so my perspective is with a critical eye. The entrance is a bit tricky even though I arrived after dark, making any signage even less effective. Once in the open-air parking garage, there was no ”Entrance” sign over the doors nor an exterior logo'd rug. There is a foyer with the ONLY hand sanitizer station that I was able to find! Morgan greeted us at the front desk and was a real delight and he alone made this stay worthy of the 3 stars! Here are my observations upon arrival: *Of the 4 pendant lights over the front desk, 3 worked *The small marketplace was out of bottled water - NONE in the entire hotel! *No dining option and ONLY coffee to go in the morning; NO danish, fruit or granola bars to be found! *Morgan was working alone with a 63% occupancy, There are 4 floors. My room was on the 3rd with a view of a goat farm. It was a quiet room however; the mattress was quite soft and mushy. Upon unpacking, we found the following problems: *A dirty bath towel and a used face mask in the closet floor. *The safe was locked, we were provided the ”master” code to unlock it! *No washcloths *Used bath amenities Causing me to realize that no Covid-19 protocol is being adhered too. My opinion is the owner is micro-managing this property and placing profits over his franchise obligations! This is a Holiday Inn, not a Holiday Inn Express, so the expectations of a full-service property were warranted.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel.. Einfach einchecken. Gutes Hot Breakfast. Hotelzimmer wir in 2 qin mit Balkon, sehr zimmer und super sauber. Es hat Pool, Sauna und Fitnessraum, außerhalb des Feuerplatzes ist sehr schön, um mit einer Tasse Kaffee oder Glas Wein zu sitzen. Wir genossen unsere Familie 3 Tage Wochenende staatliche Kation nur aus dem Haus.

Ich kam zum Weihnachtstag und Weihnachtstag. Sehr sauberes Zimmer und es gibt kostenlose Kaffee und Tee ganzen Tag im Lobby. Auch gibt es Fitnessraum und Waschraum auch. Ich liebe den Pool dort, obwohl es in den letzten zwei Tagen ziemlich kalt war. Ich liebe das Frühstück auch. Schließlich war es am Petaluma Outlet geschlossen und es war schön heute Morgen zu gehen shoppen.
