The beds are hard, had a backache and didn’t sleep well. The noise from the hallway is very loud when someone is walking and chatting, it enters the room and wake’s up the guests, suggest to choose a room farthest from the elevator if you are sensitive to noise. The breakfast is great but the hotel dining area is very small.

Everything is good - place, amenities, buffet. Staff are also accommodating and friendly. However, I suggest that they should open the gym for guests at an earlier time because standard check out time is 12nn but they open the gym for non-members at 9am.

It’s just cozy to stay here. An overnight stay is enough. Thanks for accommodating us!

The breakfast buffet is surprisingly delicious. The place is clean and accessible. All the staff are attentive and polite.

The service was good, staff were friendly and the place was clean but it just smelled a little bit of cigarette even though non of us smokes. Aside from that, it was pretty good overall

Hotel location is very near Nuvali. The hotel also offers free shuttle services to-from Nuvali. The hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Only cons for this stay is that the breakfast was normal (not that delish) and is very limited. Also, the hotel doesn't offer complimentary coffee and tea set up in the room. Overall, my mom's birthday staycation was great.

Food and Service - Tachibana was a bit overpriced. When asked for additional soy sauce, no one could provide it to the room in spite of it being literally just pouring over some sauce onto a saucer. It was good, however, as it was very tasty and fresh. Generally, it was just ok. What made up for anything negative with regard to this category is that the staff were quite friendly. Location - Pretty good. It was very peaceful both in the daytime and at night. There are a bunch of establishments around it as well so that's pretty convenient. Cleanliness - Good. The common areas were well-maintained, and the rooms were made sure to be tidy. Facilities - The shower/bathtub area just kept pouring water over onto the bathroom floor nonstop. It's either the drain couldn't handle it or the angle of the floor wasn't headed toward the drain. During our whole stay, the floor was wet even with any sort of towel and shower curtain that should have prevented or lessened it.

Stayed here for a couple of days with my wife and kids. Had issues on the next day re: morning buffet as staff said it's not included when you book from third-party apps, but was settled thereafter. Clean hotel, great spot, good food and the Jap resto beside the lobby was a vibe. The community in this area of Silang, Cavite made it more worth it.

My reservation included breakfast for 4 people, but marj from the front desk keeps on insisting that its only for 2 since the rate i paid for was below 4k. Its like she's never heard of 3rd party bookings before. And if there really was a discrepancy they should contact trip. Com instead of insisting on the guest since its all written down.

Quiet, Clean and really a great place to rest ☺️ Also, customer service was pleasant. Will definitely recommend and come back again.

I had an exceptional experience during my 3rd stay at Microtel South Forbes hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly ( thanks Ms. Marj and Ms. Aimerie ) and went above and beyond to make me and my wife feel comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and attentive to detail. The room was spotless, well-prepared, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping maintained the cleanliness impeccably, and I truly appreciated the little touches that showed great care.

Nice and clean, pool which I did not use… only stayed one night. But comfortable.
