Die Einrichtungen sind brandneu und das Essen war unglaublich!
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die meiste Zeit war da, um zu helfen.
Eine Sache, von der ich jedoch wirklich enttäuscht war, waren die Cocktails. Ich bin kein Biertrinker, also habe ich eher Margaritas oder Piña Colada gegessen. Keiner der bestellten Cocktails schmeckte nach Alkohol zu einem so hohen Preis.

Lassen Sie mich zunächst sagen, dass das Personal im GHL Hotel sehr hilfreich war. Die Minute, die wir durch die Tür gingen, wurden wir wie Familie behandelt. Die Kontrolle im Prozess war sehr einfach und schnell. Das Hotel hat das ganze Gepäck nicht besorgt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Zimmer hatten einen kleinen Tauchbecken in der Nähe der Eingangtür, die ich nicht sicher warum, ein kleines Kleidung, kleine Kühlschrank, die Snacks und Getränke (zu einem Preis natürlich). Ich merkte, dass das Hotel keine Gesichtshandtücher lieferte. Nur 2 Handtücher und ein Handtücher. Ich fragte den Vordertisch, ob irgendwelche Gesichtshandschuhe verfügbar waren und die Antwort war, dass wir diese nicht liefern. Wir konnten ein paar Gesichtshandschuhe im Dollar Shop holen. Der Pool war erstaunlich (Kiddy Pool und Erwachsenenpool). Die Liebe der Lage des Hotels. Das Hotel ist nicht so nahe einem Gemüsegeschäft, sondern es ist eine 10min Fahrt. Es gibt einen kleinen Überzeugungsgeschäft auf dem Grundstück, aber wird auf einige Dinge begrenzt. Das Hotel sitzt am Strand, wo ich jeden Morgen einen Strandpromenade nahm. Das Hotelrestaurant war EXCELENT!!! . Das Essen war hervorragend und sehr günstig. Obwohl wir nicht wussten, dass viele Spanisch das Personal sehr hilfreich war, um uns zu kümmern und mit unserem Telefonübersetzer kam in der Handy. Ich hätte nie gedacht, ich würde Kolumbien besuchen, aber jetzt, da ich habe, kann ich nicht warten, bis ich zurück gehe. Das war wirklich ein toller Urlaub. Danke GHL Hotel Relax Costa Azul für eine wunderbare Zeit. Ich möchte allen Mitarbeitern des Hotels danken.

Went to Santa Marta for its amazing beaches. Tamaca had the best location, right in front of the beach and also had a great pool. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Definitely recommend and will be staying here the next time I'm in SM! Fui a Santa Marta por sus increíbles playas. Tamaca tenía la mejor ubicación, justo frente a la playa y también tenía una gran piscina. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas y personal amable. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y me quedaré aquí la próxima vez que esté en SM!

Es war eine unglaubliche Erfahrung und wir genossen unsere Zeit in diesem Hotel, es ist die Lage perfekt, verschiedene Aktivitäten wie zum Aquarium und Playa Blanca, Tayrona Park und andere Orte zu nehmen. Es gibt ein paar Möglichkeiten für Spaß und Partys und die Nacht ist nicht sehr lustig. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und komfortabel, der Aufzug sieht wie alt und unsicher, aber Sie können die Treppen benutzen.

DDilara OnigkeitIch bin so froh, dass ich diesen Ort gefunden habe, es war nur erstaunlich! Große Lage, wenn Sie gerne eine Zeit umgeben von Grün mit einem schönen Fluss in der Nähe verbringen. Liebe mein Bett und die Ansicht, die ich hatte, auch das Ding war wirklich freundlich und hilfreich. Ich war in vielen Hostels, aber das war einfach unglaublich! Danke für diese Erfahrung, Ich werde bald wieder sein:)

GGuest UserEspetacular, um local muito agradável, com programações diárias, quartos grandes e confortáveis, tudo muito limpo. 3 tipos de café da manhã que são bem generosos (de entrada escolhe vranola ou sucrilhos, tem leite, iogurte e café a vontade, depois vem frutas e então o prato principal escolhido, todo dia opções diferentes), sem contar com a atendente da cantina que é sensacional, muito simpática e muito competente, não me lembro do nome dela mas tiramos uma foto com ela do tanto que gostamos do seu atendimento. na recepção que havia de vez em quando um rapaz e outra vez uma mocz, ambos morenos, que era atenciosos, outra vez tinha um rapaz branco com barbas que deixou um pouco a desejar, comparado a atenção dos demais. Mais sobre o Hostel, tem um terraço muito agradável, com piscina e uma pub. De todos hostel que passei, esse é o melhor. recomendo vcs ficarem sem medo, é nível de um hotel muito bom.

GGastnutzerMeine Frau und ich hatten eine schreckliche Zeit im Hotel Don Pepe für 3 Nächte letzte Woche. Don Pepe ist eine Oase in Santa Marta, da es das ehemalige Haus eines reichen Gentleman ( Don Pepe!) und seine große Familie gegen eine kommerzielle Hotelkette ist (und Don Pepe wird die Namenserkennung erhalten, der wahre Held war seine Frau, die so viele Kinder produzierte). Dies macht es eine sehr besondere Erkenntnis für diejenigen, die den Geschmack einer authentischen, raffinierten Erfahrung genießen. - Wenn Sie eine trendige („Bogie“) zeitgenössische Art von Hotel sehen/ prüfen möchten, ist das nicht. Die Zimmer waren sauber, cool und aktualisiert (wir waren in 2 verschiedenen Zimmern geblieben, um einen anderen Gast zu bekommen). Betten und Bettwäsche waren sehr komfortabel. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und ehrlich. Die kleinen Pools waren kühl/entspannt. Die Lage ist nahezu alles. Santa Marta ist eine Stadt, in der die meisten nichtkolumbianischen Touristen besuchen werden, um eine Tagesreise entweder in die Berge mit dem Auto und/oder den Stränden mit dem Boot gegen die Anhänge in der Stadt selbst zu machen. Wir haben beide diese Tagesreisen gemacht. Insbesondere hatten wir eine erstaunliche Erfahrung mit dem Zuzug in die kleine Bergstadt Minca für einen Kaffee, Schokolade, Ökotour, und wir nahmen einen Schnorchel- und Strandtour am nächsten Tag ( das Front Desk bei Don Pepe weiß, wer die besten Tourbetreiber sind) . Guasimo ist ein Top-End-Restaurant, das 3 Blocks entfernt ist, das einige Planungen erfordert, um eine Reservierung zu erhalten (das Front Desk bei Don Pepe kann das arrangieren). Ein besonderer Schrei nach Edgar, der uns täglich Frühstück serviert und an beide Front Desk Manager. - Danke.

Zimmer sind einfach aber haben alles was es braucht, Klimaanlage funktionier und ist auch sehr wichtig, Bad ist ganz schön und sauber war auch alles. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut aber wenn viele Leute da sind sollte man sehr früh hingehen da man sonst leicht einige Zeit warten kann. Vor allem das Personal fanden wir super nett, haben uns mit einigen Anfragen ohne Probleme geholfen :) Einziges Manko, etwas abseits also in das Zentrum geht man ein bisschen (so 5-10 min). Trotzdem, für den Preis absolute Empfehlung !

GGuest UserDie Lage des Hotels ist nicht schlecht, das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, wahrscheinlich gewöhne ich mich immer noch nicht an das südamerikanische Frühstück! Es ist jedoch viel stärker als die Vereinigten Staaten! Der Hotelservice ist sehr gut! Schalldämmung ist auch OK!

GGuest UserDer Aufenthalt war ganz schön, ich danke für die super komplizierte Service-Aufklärung, die unverschämte Reinigung und immer bereit, das ästhetische Bild zu erfüllen.
Das Essen war von hoher Qualität, zu einem sehr gerechten Preis für das, was man bekam, das Menü ist vielfältig, aber sie haben plötzlich nicht mehr etwas mehr Möglichkeiten, aber das ist ja, alle Gerichte sind ein Geschmack, bis es mit dem Magen gourmet kommt Sie werden es freuen.
Ein Maestro Hotel in der Pflege, ideal für Familienaufenthalte und sehr schöne Einrichtungen, das einzige, was im Hotel benötigt wurde, ist ein breiteres Portfolio sozialer Gebiete wie Jacuzzi oder Turko, übrigens: Es ist ein 4-Sterne-Hotel wert, das alle Erwartungen überwindet!
Wir kommen bis zum nächsten Mal zurück!

GGastnutzerGut: Hotel mit neuen Einrichtungen. Die Zimmer sind modern und geräumig. Einige von ihnen haben einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Das Frühstück ist lecker und sehr komplett. Das Rezeption-Personal und das sehr freundliche Restaurant. Gute Lage in der Nähe des Strandes, der Mühle und des Restaurant- und Bar-Gebiets in der Nähe des Freundesparks. Das Schlimme: schlechte Kundenbetreuung durch die Administrator. Das Zimmer, in dem wir waren, hatte schlechtes Wifi-Signal (das wurde durch den Zimmerwechsel gelöst). Es hat keine Feuchtgebiete oder Ko-Arbeitsbereich. Mein Partner und ich waren an der Arbeit und wollten uns keinen zusätzlichen Stuhl für das Zimmer leisten. Es gibt einen Bohrer in demselben Gebäude, so dass es viel Lärm bis spät gibt. Kurz gesagt, es ist ein neues, modernes, gut eingerichtetes Hotel, das einen leckeren Frühstück bietet, ist gut gelegen, aber im Allgemeinen bietet es einen durchschnittlichen Service mit niedrigem Kosten-Nutzen-Verhältnis.

The room was clean, had a writing desk and hanging space for clothes. TV and wifi. Shower water was cold but when requested was fixed with hot water. Breakfast was included. I am not a spanish speaker but use google translate and my broken spanish sentences. The girl didn't speak any English and that's OK but she treated me like I was a foreigner walk in that she wanted nothing to do with. I asked for the menu. She said there wasn't one. She told me thru translate eggs 3 ways that's it. I asked for fruits juice and toast available only because I saw others had this. That night I went to reception to ask if menu they said yes. As I was staying a few days and doing day tours I wanted to enjoy a breakfast before leaving. Next morning with her sour attitude she again approached and spoke in spanish. This time annoyed I said you know I don't speak spanish and I'm not doing this again. A guy Came and told me options change each day. I explained I didn't get the options I saw of others and only got what she offered and the fruit I saw. I ended up with same breakfast. For this reason I cannot recommend this hotel. They need a menu. Then you know what's available. I can read spanish better than I speak. Relying on a sour unfriendly and unhelpful girl is not an option I choose. For this I don't recommend as foreign traveller.
