Hotels in der Nähe von Totem beach, Santa Marinella

Very bad service from the moment I arrived at the airport. Unfortunately the day I arrived in Rome there was a transport strike so my first point of call was the receptionist at the hotel for information on how to arrive at the hotel with 2 kids, 3 suitcases and in a foreign country. I telephoned the hotel for help, information etc and every question I asked the receptionist her answer was 'No lo so' (I don't know). Luckily for me I can speak a bit of Italian and told the receptionist to call me back once she knew something, Meanwhile I got our way to Santa Marinella and called the receptionist back to ask how to get to the hotel from the train station, she told me to walk and I told her to ask a hotel worker to come and pick us up! To walk was unthinkable with everything and the heat and the distance and I am long distance runner!!!!! The men that collected us were very apologetic, the driver of my car couldn't believe my travel story to arrive in Santa Marinella, he was very helpful. Once checked in my kids wanted to take a quick dip in the pool to refresh, it was 18:40 and the pool closed at 19:00 but as we got to the waters edge the lifeguard told us that it was closed because he wanted to go home. The rooms are very cramped and the bathrooms stank, the shower had the old fashion plastic shower curtains that stick to you. The next day I needed to get to the port to join my cruise, I asked the receptionist (big mistake) to help in ordering a taxi or some form of transport to get to the port....surprise...no luck...once again they couldn't do anything. So, why oh why, me a foreign person could go online and call all the available travel services in Santa Marinella and find a taxi to pick me up the following morning!!! Forget eating a this hotel, the prices are over rated for the food served here, (we ate breakfast and lunch...I can cook better), you are better off taking a very short walk to the restaurants nearby. The service was appalling, in all the years I have been travelling I have never met such uninformed/unhelpful people working in the hospitality industry. I pass by Rome often when travelling but I won't be booking a room at this hotel ever again and I advise anyone else....don't stay here!

Wir haben uns ein romantisches Wochenende in Tarquinia gegeben und beschlossen, hier zu bleiben. Sehr schön und gepflegt, viele grüne Räume, Schwimmbad und Wellnesszentrum. Wir haben beschlossen, die Formel mit Ober-Zimmer , Abendessen und Frühstück im Zimmer serviert , bei unserer Ankunft Rosen-Petali und Flasche von Prosecco willkommen . Das Zimmer ist an der Gartenseite angesichts , ziemlich groß , das Bett ist sehr komfortabel und es gibt ein einzelnes Wassermassagebad , die Ausstattung ist ein bisschen gedacht , aber alles zusammen ist nicht schlecht ! Wir waren sehr gut, wir gingen nicht in den Spa, weil die Wassermassage und Sauna sind sehr kleine und haben eine Glass, die von außen zu sehen, wer in der Innenstadt ist und ist nicht etwas, das ich sehr mag. Das Essen war wirklich reichlich und unseres Geschmacks, der einzige Rat, den ich fühle, ist vielleicht, die Kleidung am Abend abzunehmen, weil die Reste der Nahrung in der Room bleiben die ganze Nacht und ist nicht das Beste. Frühstück nur süß, aber mittelschwarz, außer den selbst produzierten Marmeladen, die großartig sind !! Wir werden sicher zurückkommen, um die Suite zu versuchen!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön an einem sehr suggestiven Ort mit der äußeren Seite wirklich gepflegt .. Es wäre noch viel anderes Potenzial zu nutzen.Das Personal war freundlich und professionell, aber es gibt Aspekte des Spa, die weiterentwickelt werden müssen, sowie Thermalpools, die mich als eine war nicht in Dienst gestellt und Das andere Schiff war schmutzig und funktionierte teilweise. Der Teil der Restaurant ist zu überprüfen und ist teuer für das, was bietet, sehr lächerlich wenig Substanz, ich bin enttäuscht.Das Potenzial gibt es , aber es ist in den Details zu optimieren, um die Gäste wirklich zufrieden zu lassen. Ich fand die Anwesenheit des Personals im Park, der mit einem Wagen umgedreht, während der Öffnungszeiten Drilla Spa, nicht so schön, dass die Gäste die gewünschte Ruhe erhalten. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt.

Da quando c'è il covid in questa struttura non c'è presenza di nessuno in loco. Tutte le istruzioni su come accedere vengono fornite tramite whatsapp. Da una parte c'è il vantaggio di essere completamente autonomi, dall'altro può essere problematico in caso ci sia qualche problema. La posizione è molto comoda essendo nella ztl, però attenti a non entrare in auto negli orari in cui la ztl è attiva. La proprietaria invia tutti i dettagli prima dell'arrivo. Se non volete pagare il parcheggio più vicino, potete fare 500m e lasciare la macchina al parcheggio tra viale Falgari e Via Sacconi. La camera è pulita e confortevole, peccato che 2 prese elettriche non fossero funzionanti. Il problema maggiore è che abbiamo prenotato su expedia la camera con colazione inclusa, all'arrivo c'era un cartello che indicava che la colazione non è inclusa, causa covid l'uso della cucina è esclusivo per un'altra camera. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla proprietaria che ha ammesso l'errore, che su expedia non hanno aggiornato la modalità (ancora oggi dopo un mese non è cambiato), dandoci il permesso di accedere alla cucina ma chiedendoci di consumare la colazione in camera. Quantomeno abbiamo fatto colazione, anche se piuttosto scomodo dover portare tutti dalla cucina alla camera e consumare su una piccola scrivania con una sola sedia.
