Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse gut. Es gibt Rührei/Speck ( leider nicht frisch, in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt ), gekochtes Ei, Spiegelei, verschiedene Gläschen mit Joghurt, Früchten, süßes Gebäck in großer Auswahl, Tomaten, verschiedene kleine Brötchen und Croissants mit unterschiedlichem Belag, Kaffeespezialitäten, die frisch zubereitet werden. ”Säfte” - wie häufig - nur so süßes Sirupzeugs. Man sagt was man möchte und es wird einem auf einem Tablett mit eingepacktem Besteck bereitgestellt und überreicht. Das ist in Pandemiezeiten eine gute Lösung! Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass es Gruppen gab, die sich nicht an die Maskenregeln gehalten haben und ohne Maske zum ”Bufett” gegangen sind und somit da Aerosole verteilt haben. Leider wurden sie auch nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Als wir die Personen dann darauf angesprochen haben, stießen wir nur auf Unverständnis. Wir finden, dass das Personal hätte darauf ansprechen müssen. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich, sowohl im Restaurant, als auch an der Rezeption und die Zimmermädchen, alle sehr nett! Die Zimmer sind eher klein, man steht sofort im Raum, es gibt keinen kleinen Vorflur. Auch das Badezimmer ist klein, vor allem die Dusche für große Menschen sehr beengt. Nur wenig Ablagefläche, es gibt einen Fön. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich, die Zimmermädchen sind gründlich und alles ist sauber. Kleine Schampoo/Duschgel-Fläschchen und Seife ist vorhanden. Wir hatten Laminatboden im Schlafraum, das ist sehr angenehm, gerade für Allergiker. An der Toilettenspülung kann man wenig/viel Wasser drücken, leider funktioniert aber nur ”viel Wasser”. Handtücher wurden bis auf einmal immer gewechselt, auch wenn man diese - wie auf dem Schild beschrieben - nicht auf den Boden gelegt hat. Das ist natürlich nicht besonders nachhaltig! Das Hotel liegt fußläufig vom Bahnhof entfernt. Von hier aus kann man preiswert in ca. 1 Stunde nach Florenz fahren (5,80 €/Person), nach Lucca in 30 Minuten ( 4,70 €/Person ) bzw. Pisa in einer guten Stunde ( 6,40 €/Person ). Aber Vorsicht, mittags fahren die Züge nicht, am besten man nimmt einen Zug gegen 10.00 Uhr morgens. Alles in Allem stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wir würden wiederkommen!

Bei der Buchung wurde ”Dual Bedroom muss sein” genannt. Der Preis ist teuer, aber beim Anreisen zum Hotel informiert das Hotel, dass es ein Doppelbett nicht erhalten hat. Ich weiß nicht, ob TRIP.COM das Problem ist oder das Hotel falsch ist. Das Ergebnis war, dass die Kolleginnen und Kollegen die Zeit verbrachten, um es zu bearbeiten, Dieses Problem ist das dritte Mal in dieser Reise verfehlt. Bitte beachten Sie die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel, um die Zeit des Kunden zu vermeiden.

Hotel in den Randgebieten der Stadt. Vor dem Halten - 5 Minuten pro Woche, 25 Minuten pro Wochenende (dies sollte berücksichtigt werden, wenn es kein Auto gibt). Ein komfortables Zimmer, es gibt alles, was Sie brauchen. Für das Frühstück, die Auswahl mehrerer Optionen (Toasts, Eier, Joghurt, etc.), bereitet der Besitzer für die angegebene Zeit vor.

Wir hatten eine Freude, in Locanda Sant’Agata für eine Woche zu bleiben, und wir können nicht sagen, ein Ausbleiben von diesem wunderbaren Ort. Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig, der Ort ist eine perfekte Lage, geschlossen in Pisa, Lucca, Versilia .. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, sehr gereinigt, schön einfach, aber schön, perfekt restauriert, mit moderner Berührung. Das Restaurant ist ein toller Gemsplatz in der Stadt und nicht nur... die Leidenschaft des Kochs Nicola es’ unglaublich, die fortgesetzte Forschung, um ein Gericht zu schaffen, das die Tradition mit einem modernen Blickwinkel repräsentiert. I must have started this review about 5 times because I don't really want to be negative, but then again I don't want to be positive either! We stayed here for one night, and it was enough - much like Pisa itself I feel - one day/night is enough! The location is well out of Pisa - taxi will cost in the region of €25, but if you like the idea of their thermal pools, saunas, etc it's worth it. Our room was a split level - bed above the en-suite with a decent sitting/chilling area downstairs. However I use the term ”chilling” ironically because the AC couldn't get near coping - despite having it working as hard as it could for the entire stay, it only managed to cool the room by less than one degree celsius. Opening the windows didn't help, but they opened into a corridor anyway, so privacy was a concern. Once you actually see a member of staff in the thermal baths/spa area (they seem to be rather sp**** and stay hidden - pretty sure I read that in someone else's review), they are lovely, but I genuinely felt awkward asking them to show us around - which is what the hotel receptionist had told us to ask! When we checked in, we were informed of a ”party” being hosted on the terrace that evening with food (not beverages) costing €90 each. We may have been tempted, but decided that given we were only there for one night, we'd eat in Pisa itself. On returning to the hotel we grabbed a couple of drinks at the bar and were invited (by who appeared to be the Food and Beverage manager) to enjoy our drinks on the terrace with the live music still playing - this was lovely and very thoughtful - certainly the highlight of our stay at the hotel. All in all, it's somewhat aged and needs a bit of TLC, possibly understaffed a little, and in a rural location. That said, the staff are very good and the location makes it wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. The thermal baths are beautiful and somewhat unique so it's very ”different” and for a night-or-two, you can't go wrong. I don't regret booking it, and if the AC had worked, so would probably have been a far more positive review.

Gemütliche Struktur, saubere Wohnung und mit allen Komfort. Personal verfügbar und gut ausgebildet. Erstklassig die Möglichkeit, in den Pool mit Möglichkeiten, um die Schatten und Schlafzimmer zu vermieten. Ein einziger Mangel ist nicht die Restaurantservice vorgesehen, aber in der Gegend gibt es auch gute Restaurants empfohlen von der Struktur.

Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht so schlecht, knappe 600 m vom Strand aber das Personal ist das unfreundlichste was mir je begegnet ist! Eine nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage (bei über 30 Grad Aussentemperatur) und ein loser Toilettendeckel, die ich ab dem 2.Tag in der Rezeption gemeldet habe, wurden bis zu unserer Abreise nicht Man bot und zwar ein anderes Zimmer an aber auch hier gab es grössere Mängel! Ich bin von Mercure eine andere Art von Hotels und auch Personal gewohnt!!!! Von der Qualität, Auswahl und Präsentation des Früstück‘s will ich gar nicht reden! Dass da noch keiner krank geworden ist wundert mich! Ungekühlt und offen liegen S*****en und Käse auf den Platten und die Butter ist fast flüssig
