We've had a conflict in what room I paid for in the reception area, but it was resolved in a few minutes. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was big, and has good airconditioning. The only problem we've had was with the internet and that there are no power sockets in the room we rented. Anyway we still enjoyed our stay, and we'll gladly return for another night

Der Ort ist ziemlich verwirrend, wenn Sie nur neu in der Umgebung sind. Das Personal ist groß und sie besuchten mich sofort im Gegensatz zu anderen Zweigen, die mich 30 Minuten bis zu einer Stunde warten lassen. Für das Essen denke ich, ihr Essen ist sehr teuer, plus es war nicht lecker. Ich empfehle, stattdessen draußen zu kaufen.

Excellent location, close to SM Fairview and Ayala Terraces. Room cleanliness needs attention especially the bathroom. TV has no local channels, but Netflix and Youtube are available. Stay details were not communicated during check-in, which is a must such as wifi access and breakfast

For my business trip, this hotel was chosen as it is close to the workplace. The hotel is a little away from the main road and the road is not lit at night so stray dogs can be a menace when returning late in the evening. The hotel premises is kept clean. They provided Gym and pool pass but I didn't try it. At check-in they take a fully refundable deposit of 1500 pesos in cash for which you get a receipt that you must furnish when you check-out. The WIFI is not very strong and is horrible at the 3rd floor. So, I suggest taking up rooms in other floors as it was difficult to get reception in my room. The room was comfortable with very basic amenities. Two 15grams soap, two Shampoo+Conditioner bottles, hairdryer and towels are provided. Water bottles are replenished when rooms are cleaned. Room cleaning is not done every day, but the staff will promptly assist if cleaning is needed. They have an in-house restaurant that serves limited but good food. However, the restaurant is not open past 7pm which is a bother as you would either must go out to have dinner or order through the app Grab. As part of the package, Filipino breakfast was provided for me. They don't have a buffet breakfast for guests. You choose Filipino / American / Continental breakfast which is a plate of limited pre-set menu that cannot be refilled. I am rating the hotel less due to the amenities provided and limited options for food. However, the staff is excellent and made the stay as comfortable as possible. They were polite and always trying to help to the best of their abilities.

The stay went well! The staff are very accommodating! The food near the hotel was good!! Imagine paying for only 279 pesos for unlimited wings, rice and drinks!!! the picture below was the resto, don’t have a pic in the hotel

Pretty much brand new hotel which represents outstanding budget value in location convenient for Trinoma and SM North malls. Staff are courteous and helpful, also good security from attentive and polite guards. Rooms and showers very compact, neat and clean. Beats the competition from Red Planet and Go Hotels. Also free onsite parking and good WiFi (although went down on one night we stayed there).

We arrived a little earlier than the booking time for us to have time for parking and we were able to check in early. The staff was accommodating but not so much, maybe I was expecting a warmer welcome since the hotel is considered a 5 star. It would be better if they had more staff to assist guests as they came through the door. As for our whole stay, everything was good. We were able to enjoy the spacious room and the nice bed, the swimming pool, and the playground. The breakfast buffet also had plenty of choices but the flavor of some of the food could be improved. We look forward to staying here again.

The hotel is budget friendly yet very clean and neat. Location is good also. Booking thru trip app gave a huge discount

Wir buchten einen Übernachtungsurlaub, weil wir eine Hochzeit in der Nähe besuchen wollten. Obwohl die Fahrt auf einige starke Neigungen hatten, hatten wir keine Sorge, weil wir, als wir an das Gebäude kamen, die Ansicht, die uns mehr als gegrüßt hat. Die Lobby riecht so gut und sie hatten komplimentarische Willkommensgetränke. Das Wetter war auch kühler wegen der Lage des Hotels in der Berge. Die Front-Desk-Person war freundlich, hilfsbereit und untergebracht. Alles andere Personal begrüßte uns mit einem willkommenen Lächeln. Als wir in unser Zimmer kamen, war es sauber, geräumig und cool. Das Bett war so komfortabel, um in zu schlafen. Die einzigen Dinge, die Verbesserungen brauchen, sind: 1. Die Aufzüge waren unter Wartung, so dass nur PWD und Senioren können es verwenden 2. der Komplimentaren instant Kaffee (Funky Geschmack) 3. Wünschen Sie, dass das Frühstücksbuffet auch am Wochentag verfügbar war Insgesamt hatten mein Mann und ich einen großen Aufenthalt hier und empfehlen dieses Hotel sehr.
