We enjoyed our stay at the Inn. A snowstorm blew in during our stay which made for some great scenery. We even stayed an extra day as the freeways became impassible. Most nights we liked setting a fire in our fireplace. We even made s’mores one evening with a kit provided by the Inn. The staff was very helpful and gave us tips about Santa Fe to help us get the most out of our stay. We enjoyed our talks with them and they made sure that all of our needs were met. We were always the first to arrive at 5 PM for wine hour. We also enjoyed meeting and talking to other guests. Every morning was a different breakfast and each was delicious. They even made me decaf coffee, which was available all day along with assorted snacks, cookies, and other items. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

This place is awesome and in a great setting/location. Very convenient to walking into downtown, restaurants, and local attractions. Very quaint and clean. Their breakfast is so delicious as well as their smoothies. Lots of snack laid out for afternoon munchies. Their pancakes are to die for at breakfast. Plenty of parking. Just services are wonderful as well. If you’re going to Santa Fe, this the THE place to stay

Personalized attention made us feel welcome and the room was warm and cozy for our late arrival on a cold night. Edith took care of everything for our arrival and communicated by phone, text and email so we could enter the room without staff being there. The historic and artistic furnishings were delightful. The quality of the O'Henry room and private bath was top-notch. The breakfast was excellent too. I hope to return. (ample on-site parking, too!)

We stayed at the Inn of the Turquoise Bear some 15 years ago, before the current owner purchased it.  Let me say, Dan, the current owner, and his team, have done a wonderful job with this Santa Fe classic!  Updated amenities and rooms which are clean and comfortable.  Wonderful craft made breakfasts and treats.  So many improvements... and we LOVE the central dining room table where you can enjoy your breakfast in the company of interesting people.  Warm and friendly service.  Everything we loved about this historic property has been preserved and it is now absolutely FIRST CLASS.  We won't wait so long to return.  Thank you for an amazing stay.

This was absolutely the best B and B experience we've ever had. Having enjoyed multiple experiences elsewhere in the US and Europe, most with a positive aspect in one of a few important categories, this was the first to excel in all. The reservation system and their ability to keep us informed as to the check-in policies, area adventures, restaurants, trails, day trips, etc. was exceptional. Our casita on the main level, detached from the main building was the perfect respite for us as a means to escape. The accommodation was exceptional, clean, well appointed and as comfortable as our own home. The most perfect part of our stay was the attention, kindness, warmth and guidance provided by the innkeepers, not only were they exceptionally well informed, helpful and always with a kind word and pure interest in our comfort. It was a truly wonderful feeling to step into the breakfast and seeing the open arms and ear to ear smile of Edith Salvidrez who became a good friend in a very short period of time. Her infectious personality and open heart made this truly a wonderful, personally fulfilling experience and one that has now set the standard for all others. Congratulations to the owners who clearly knew what it would take to make this one of the pre-eminent B and B's in the US, it was beyond our highest expectations.
