Visito este hotel cada año,me gusta su atención y la comida muy buena realmente lo recomiendo al 100

Als wir ankamen, war der erste Eindruck gut. Als wir im Zimmer ankamen, war es anders. Das Zimmer war schmutzig und es gab keine Sonnenliegen am Pool und es war extrem voll und laut! Alle Kubaner mit Getränken und Zigaretten im Pool... eine echte Enttäuschung. Auch das Essen war sehr enttäuschend. Kalt und schmutzig. Unser Zimmer wurde beim Auschecken überprüft. Während andere Leute (keine Niederländer) einfach sofort gehen könnten. Uns wurde vorgeworfen, 2 Handtücher mitgenommen zu haben. Obwohl wir nur zwei statt vier erhalten hatten, glaubten sie uns nicht und zeigten uns die Koffer. Sie machten es immer noch schwierig. Nach einer Weile durften wir endlich gehen, ohne uns zu entschuldigen. Sehr asozial. Ich würde auf keinen Fall noch einmal dorthin gehen!

Excellent experience would recommend. Great atmosphere very good entertainment lively and engaging. Staff very attentive.The animation with Lesyan was fantastic would definitely return and recommend to family and friends. Music was very good

Let's start from the lobby, where you can find a huge nest of bats on the top of the gazebo, that was so scary and disgusting, the bat guano were in the middle of the lobby's floor that can be very dangerous for anyone's health,. Because it can cause histoplasmosis a very lethal lung disease. When we left there was a rat in the middle of the lobby as well. This management should work to improve the hygienic condition of this place. The room was in very poor condition the Ac was very stinking as mold and didn't work properly. The pool was very dirty and old and water filter system didn't work at all. However the personnel of the pool show were offering a good recreation activity. The only thing I enjoyed was the beautiful gardens well maintained, but the rest in this property was messy and dirty they should work to meet the minimum of the sanitary requirements to remain open. Good luck on that. For sure I will never come back. My pictures is to probe I was there , I'm not lying on my review, I think is a place with tremendous potential but with a very poor, negligent and careless and ignorant management.

Ever watched ’naked and Afraid ’? This place will test your wilderness level. I would have done better in a tent. Part of the sting was drink prices kept changing and the cockroaches protect their next meal at night, in your room. Large cockarocha!!! Last resort only folks!! You’ll wish you hadn’t!

Los trabajadores del Hotel dan lo mejor de sí para hacer de la experiencia algo especial, el trato fue excelente! La naturaleza y la fauna están al alcance de tu mano. Buena limpieza y comida de temporada muy buena. Sin dudas repetiría mi estancia y lo recomiendo !
