Hotel con stanze datate, sporche e con moquette... Ho chiesto diverse volte un'ulteriore pulizia della mia stanza poiché c'era un contenitore delle sorprese dell'uovo Kinder (ovviamente non mio) e filtri di sigarette sotto il letto (ma né io né mio marito fumiamo). Dopo questa mia richiesta, i filtri sono spariti, mentre il contenitore è rimasto...per questo motivo reputo superficiale la pulizia delle camere. Inoltre il prezzo di una camera con letto matrimoniale (da noi richiesta specificamente) su altri siti costava meno rispetto a quanto ci è stato detto per telefono. E al check - in ci è stata data una camera con due letti singoli (ricevuta in quanto ci è stato detto che era l'unica camera rimanente). Nota positiva la piscina e la cortesia al bar. Sicuramente non ci tornerei

I went to the Spa at Hotel Raffaello after booking a muscle massage. The receptionists confirmed it two times and I communicated clearly that was the type of massage I booked. When I arrived to meet the masseuse Anna, she immediately told me that she doesn’t do that type of massage and that it is not her fault that it is offered on the spa menu. She said she only does massages her way. I found that weird but I decided to continue. After two minutes into the massage she said that I was tense and asked me if I want to stop because I probably don’t like her massage. I didn’t feel that tense but after she asked me again, I definitely started feeling tense. After about twenty minutes she asked me to turn around. I asked her if she could focus a little bit more on my shoulders. After I asked her that, she seemed offended and said that she does the massage her way and that the reason that I asked her that was because I didn’t like her massage. Then, she again said that I “ don’t like her massage “ and said that I don’t speak Italian well and that I don't understand her. ( which is not true I am Italian and speak the language fluently, it felt really insulting ) and because I didn’t like her from the start. It started to feel very aggressive and I felt like I became her therapist.. I told her that I would like to stop ( after about twenty minutes ) because the conversation made me uncomfortable and because I actually came for a massage but she continued to say that I don’t like her. I asked her to unlock the door so I could leave, which after a minute she did. When I went down to the receptionist and explained the situation and how uncomfortable I felt after, they said: well, we can’t do anything about it and charged me half the price. They ignored the fact that the masseuse insulted me and still decided to charge me, even though I left after twenty minutes. I have never had such a bad massage experience and I have had many massages, from sports massage to Ayurvedic as I travel a lot for work and frequently need massages. If you want a relaxing, quality experience I don't recommend this place.

Wir haben auf unserer Heimfahrt nach Deutschland einen Zwischenstopp in Ancona gemacht und uns für dieses Hotel entschieden. Diese Wahl war auf jeden Fall kein Fehler. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und der Check-in schnell gemacht. Wir hatten die Suite Nr. 300, sehr geräumig, riesiges Bett und ebenso große Badewanne :) Ablagefläche im Bad war nicht wirklich vorhanden, dafür zwei große Waschbecken und eine Extra Toilette mit Bidet. Das Bett war wirklich toll, weil es so groß und bequem war. Wir haben mit unserem Baby drin geschlafen und jeder hatte genug Platz. Ansonsten kann man wirklich nicht meckern, abgesehen von den vielen Macken die überall nicht zu übersehen sind. Vor allem die Treppenstufe zur Badewanne sollte mal dringend ausgebessert werden und evtl. Ein Haltegriffe angebracht werden, dass man beim ein- und aussteigen nicht ausrutscht. Das ist ein wenig unpraktisch gewesen. Das Spa hatte ich so nicht erwartet und war wirklich sehr überrascht. Toller sauberer Bereich, mit einer Sauna, einem Dampfbad, Jacuzzi, verschiedenen Aroma Duschen (die leider nicht so ganz funktioniert haben), ein großer Pool und ein Ruhebereich. War sehr einladend der ganze Spabereich und man hat sich wohl gefühlt. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht getestet, soll aber ganz gut sein. Das Frühstück an sich ist bestimmt sehr gut, zumal es nicht typisch italienisch ist, sondern international. Man bekommt nicht nur Süßes und Kaffee :) Es war sehr nervig und unentspannt wie das Frühstück, aufgrund von Corona organisiert wurde. Es waren zwei Damen für alle Gäste die frühstücken kamen zuständig. Man musste sich quasi anstellen und sagen was man möchte. Dies ist alles sehr hektisch und wie gesagt sehr unentspannt gewesen. Gäste standen überall herum und es war für mich sehr chaotisch. Verständlich das die Hygienemaßnahmen eingehalten werden müssen, aber das hätte man mit Handschuhen für die Gäste, die sich dann selbst bedienen, besser lösen können. Ansonsten ist die Lage super, schnell von der Autobahn zu erreichen und in der Umgebung gibt es auch einige Supermärkte falls man etwas benötigt. Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, für längere Familienaufenthalte oder Urlaube auf jeden Fall nicht geeignet.

We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights and we can thoroughly recommend staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with tips on where to eat etc. Especially Gohar, who was always smiling and making us feel welcome. The hotel is perfectly located near the beach and within a short walk to the town. Our first room was a suite which was very spacious with a large bathroom and two balconies. The room had tea making facilities, Sky TV and USB charging points. Sadly we had a problem with beetles in the room and finally , after mentioning it a few times, the manager took our concerns seriously and provided us with an alternative room. Our 2nd room was a deluxe room which was a decent size and had two balconies which had a view directly out to the sea front. The hotel provides bikes for and parking for a fee. The sunbeds cost about the same as the others along the beach. Breakfast was very good with a large choice although the scrambled eggs were often luke warm and on at least one occasion even cold. Although we had a problem with the 1st room and it took a while for management to get involved we did receive compensation and a relatively decent alternative room therefore I would definitely book this hotel again if I was in this area.
