Please do not live in this hotel, it’s basically not in Barcelona, you have to take the public transportation up to 1 hour to get to Barcelona by transferring at least twice. The wi-fi is too unstable to even watch youtube video. Most importantly, some staff are NOT capable of their jobs. On the first day I came here, I called the reception and asked about the laundry fee, a Tall Thin old man told me and emphasized twice that the laundry fee is included in the room and said they would ask people to pick up my clothes. However, nobody came. When I called again, a middle-aged woman told me that I have to drop the clothes in the reception because they don’t have time for me now. As she said, I went down with my bag of clothes. However, an old man in the reception said I should not give them the clothes but to leave in my room. But they can ask people to drop the clothes in my room and then took them to the laundry. What a mess! When I picked up my laundry I was surprised that there was a long bill since the guy in reception clearly said the lauded was in the room fee. And when I went to the reception and asked, the girl with long blond hair confront with me and acted very condescending. To quote exactly what she said ‘No, you must misunderstood, you room even did not include the breakfast, it came with nothing, only the wi-fi. Laundry fee is not in the room, everyone knows!’ I explained patiently multiple times and asked her to maybe ask her college because I didn’t tell a lie but she rolled her eyes and literally said ‘I can’t do anything, if you don’t understand, you go ask my boss’ and pointed to the boss (an old man stand right besides her talking to another customer). Before I opened my mouth, this girl talked in Spanish to her ‘boss’ first and the old guy frowned. I was pretty sure she tell the truth. I didn’t say I don’t want to pay the laundry, but I have to check what I heard. The way these staff did their jobs and solve problems were one hundred percent unprofessional and annoying. I love traveling in Barcelona but these few people just made our impression on Spanish hotels go down.

Das Hotel liegt neben dem Bahnhof. Von dort aus sind es etwa 20 Minuten bis ins Zentrum. Um Zeit zu sparen, sollten Sie vor der Abfahrt den Fahrplan prüfen. Wenn Ihnen das Reisen nichts ausmacht, ist dies ein gutes, einfaches Hotel, da es im Zentrum von Barcelona viel billiger ist.

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, die Rezeption hilft auch, den Wagen zu rufen, gut, es ist ein bisschen geräuschlos in der Nacht, das Frühstück ist auch gut, das Essen ist auch gut, im Allgemeinen ist es zufrieden, jeder kann es probieren

Gutes 3-Sterne-Hotel. Ich liebe die Aussicht vom Fenster. Das Hotel ist ziemlich nahe dem Bahnhof, aber für das erste Mal etwas schwer zu finden. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber es ändert sich kaum. Ich bleibe dort 17 Tage und habe das gleiche Frühstück täglich. Sie haben sich etwas von Schrottei zu Ei kochen, von Bacon zu Sausage.Die Fernsehsender haben nur Französisch und Spanisch, sehr langweilig. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem anständigen Budget 3 Sterne, ist das.Gut, aber nicht groß.

Sauber, bequeme Betten, Zimmergröße angenehm. Nicht so optimal, dass die Toilette keine vernünftige Tür hat. Wenn man nicht alleine reist nicht so toll. Schöne große Dusche mit Regenduschfunktion. Die Armatouren gehören mal gepflegt oder erneuert, vor allem für die Kategorie an Hotel und den doch nicht unbedingt günstigen Preis. Wir haben uns vor allem wegen der Lage und der Dachterrasse dafür entschieden. Diese war aus mehreren Gründen eher enttäuschend. Sie ist öffentlich zugänglich und aufgeteilt und Bereich Hotelgäste und Gäste von außen. Das ist auch zum liegen am Pool nicht so angenehm dass Gäste von außen kommen. Ich hatte es mir schöner vorgestellt. Die Drinks überteuert, Bier im Plastikbecher. Mein moscow mule schmeckte gar nicht nach Ginger Beer eigentlich nur nach Alkohol, ich bat darum ginger beer nachzufüllen. Das wurde gemacht schmeckte jedoch dann immer noch nicht und das für 14 Euro. Wir waren dann nur das eine mal oben.

Ich hatte das hostel schon via Internet bezahlt, aber er wolte das ich nochmal zahle, weil es anscheinlich nichts auf dem Pc stand das ich es bezahlt habe, da habe ich mich geweigert den blöden hostel doppel zu bezahlen und habe ein anderes hostel gebucht. 2 Stunden später bekamm ich ein Email von denen das die jetzt gesehen haben das das bezahlt ist und ich den check in machen könnte ohne noch irgendetwas zu bezahlen. Ich bin aber nicht mehr gegangen weil er mega unfreundlich war und mit den situation so blöd umgegangen ist, habe aber für 4 Nächte bezahlt und musste dann nochmal in ein ander hostel finden und bezahlen. War wirklich blöd ..

Hier für eine Woche gebliebene Lage hervorragend gegenüber dem öffentlichen Strand viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Es gibt einen Einkaufszentrum 20 Minuten zu Fuß und Lidl. Zimmer schön dekoriert und wunderschöne große Dusche. Damen kamen jeden Tag zu sauber und wechseln Handtücher. Hotelgebühr 2 Euro für Strandhandtücher jedes Mal, wenn Sie sich für frisch wechseln, so bringen Sie Ihre eigenen und waschen Sie sie in der Dusche. Versuch nicht das Essen oder Getränke. Das Frühstück ist 8 Euro und Sie haben 4 Wahlen, die Sie vorbestellen müssen und ehrlich sein, das Geld nicht wert, da Sie günstiger und bessere Qualität an anderer Stelle erhalten können. Einige der Rezeption Mitarbeiter sind hilfreich, wenn die Zeit hat. Bus nach Barcelona 2 Euro 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ich würde gerne wieder für entspannende Urlaub kommen.

Dies ist ein großartiges Hotel und liegt in der Nähe des Strandes und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von Restaurants und Bars entfernt. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, aber sehr komfortabel. Es war großartig, eine private Terrasse zu haben - ideal für Leute, die sich gerne bräunen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab eine große Auswahl an Gerichten zur Auswahl. Der Poolbereich befindet sich in günstiger Lage neben dem Restaurant und es gibt viele Liegestühle und Stühle zum Entspannen. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen, der etwas Zeit in Sitges verbringen möchte.

The showers was not cleaned when we arrived but all other days they where nice and clean. Could be good to bring some flip flops. Nice refridgerator. I didn’t use the kitchen to cook. They just had a sponge to clean your dishes with which was kind of groose, I would have wanted a regular dishbrush. The walls is thin so you hear your neighbours much, earplugs was a must for me. This was the most negative about the hostel for me. But The staff helped to say to other guests if they where to loud. Nice and comfortable beds. Nice with big lockers/storage in your room. Really kind and helpful staff. Nice rooftoop to sit and eat your breakfast. It is a local tax you have to pay when you check im, 20 euros for me and my friend for 4 nights. Good location. Close to several supermarkets, restaurants, bars, metro and bus stops and we also walked from the hostel to some sightseeing things to save some money. Easy to get to the airport.
