Wir hatten traumhaftes Wetter und die Aussicht ins Tal war bezaubernd. Eine positive Überraschung war das Abendessen. Ein wirklicher Geheimtip für Tafelspitz und viele andere Speisen. Also, wer ein gemütliches Hotel sucht, mit freundlichem Service, wird sich dort sicher wohlfühlen.

Went there for Skivacation, drove around to Alpendorf, Gastein, Wagrain, and Klainarl (only 20 mins) When arriving in the evening, first you are astounded by the beautiful view of St. Johan and Alpendorf down in the valley. The hotel is situated quite high above the valley. We were late for dinner, but they had kept the kitchen open for us, still - Thanks :-) The food is homemade, and a lot of it is organic. They serve very good Austrian food, they have vegetarian selection as well, and a nice wine card. The breakfast buffet is well above in selection and quality. The rooms are good, so is the Wifi and the beds have new matrasses that fits to the body. Tanya and Daniel are amazing hosts. They helped us with COVID information in Austria before travelling, and were all over the place for all the guests. Very helpful, and they are definitely worth a visit at their hotel. Make sure to enjoy their Game ragout, while you are there.

Tanya is a remarkable woman who does everything at the hotel with plenty of love. The rooms are clean and big , the breakfast and dinner were delicious and plenty of it. The cocktails were very good and big. Everything that you need, she wishes to assist. ממליצים בחום על המקום הזה, בקצה ההר ,אבל מעולה לצאת לטיולים באזור

We stopten voor één nacht op onze weg naar Slovenie, wat een uitzicht bij aankomst! Het was al vrij laat na een rit vol file ellende, maar het eten maakte meteen alles goed. Ook de wijn (een fles Big John) was perfect. Vervolgens hadden we een heerlijke nacht in een ruime en frisse kamer, wat kan een reiziger zich beter wensen?
