Hotel Arlberg

It is in a good location with walking access from the Hotel to Nasserien Bubble etc or a short bus ride to the Galsig central lift system area, just 3 or 4 minutes away. The hotel is traditional, well-presented, and has rooms with good storage. All Spa facilities are first-class and easy to navigate. There is a secure ski room. All the staff in this family-run hotel are hardworking with engaging positive attitudes always in an effort to prioritise guests' needs. Breakfast is a typical well-presented Austrian buffet. The dinner is initiated with an impressive salad buffet. probably the best I have experienced in 40 years. The follow-up waiter/ waitress four-course dinner, despite some effort seems to fall a little short. Sometimes a little difficult to pinpoint...clear soups, and a general lack of hearty vegetables though the sweet course generally rescued the process. One wonderful gesture was a good choice of drinks at the bar and in the restaurant, but also jugs of tap water continually supplied at no charge. I consider this a wonderful gesture to guests and the planet, considering how many other hotels not only charge for water but will only supply bottled still or sparkling water. Overall, the Hotel Arlberg is a great place to stay.

Excellent stay. The room was big and had everything we needed. The food was good and the service was exceptional. The hotel has a ski bus stop outside and is a short walk to the Nasserein lift. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Hotel Arlberg!
