Beautiful post hurricane remodeled direct gulf front condo, less than 75 feet to the beach. Gorgeous views of the gulf and beach from the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. Sunsets can be seen directly from the lanai in November through February. During the other months our guests head to the beach for the beautiful views. Features include linens for all beds, extra bed pillows, bath and beach towels, makeup mirror, 2 hair dryers, iron and ironing board, beach chairs, beach umbrella, full size washer and dryer, three smart televisions, stereo, crown moldings, window treatments, ceiling fans and hotel quality internet. Fully equipped and well stocked kitchen with quartz countertops (Fall 2025 remodel), stainless steel appliances to include a dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Additional kitchen items include a wide slice toaster, combo drip coffee maker and Keurig, coffee bean grinder, blender, juicer, waffle maker, crockpot along with a full complement of kitchen utensils. Everything you need at your fingertips to prepare beverages, snacks and all of your meals. The tall cabinet in kitchen holds beach towels, beach umbrella, beach toys and beach cooler. Conveniently placed next to the tall kitchen cabinet are four beach chairs for your use. Seating for four at the dining table, along with two stools at the kitchen island and two chairs at the kitchen counter. In the living room there is a 65 inch Sony smart television, stereo, ample comfortable seating, puzzles, books and games. In the master ensuite there is a 50 inch smart TV and a tray ceiling with separate reading lights above the king bed. The comfortable Kingsdown luxury mattress has an electrically controlled head incline/decline. You have direct views to the gulf and access to the lanai from the master suite. The master bath has a cabinet with two sinks and quartz countertops (Fall 2025 remodel) and travertine tile throughout. There is a separate bathroom area featuring a toilet, a long stand-up shower with both a stationary rainhead, and a separate shower wand and an in-shower full width bench seat. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin bed and a smart TV. There is private access from the bedroom to the bathroom. The second bathroom, a Fall 2025 remodel, will feature a cabinet with a quartz countertop, a walk-in shower with both a rainhead and a separate shower wand, along with a bench seat (photos to follow upon completion). The lanai/balcony includes a table and four (4) chairs, a padded recliner chair and a ceiling fan. A beautiful area to enjoy the tranquil beach and gulf views. Our fully furnished vacation beach condo rents weekly (Saturday to Saturday) and sleeps 4 (master king, guest queen and twin). Our 3rd floor condo is located directly on the beach and has one designated off-street parking space located close to the E building walkway, stairs and elevator. All condos, including lanais, walkways and the entire Pointe Santo property are Non-Smoking and Non-Vaping. Pointe Santo has tall palm trees and a freshwater lake and is Sanibel’s finest resort located directly on the Gulf of Mexico at the southernmost tip of the island, which runs east to west. Chaise loungers are available on the Pointe Santo property sand, near the beach and around the pool. The resort includes a heated saltwater pool and a saltwater hot tub. There are two pickleball courts and one tennis court available for use along with complimentary rackets available for loan at the office (Mon-Fri). Gas grills are available at three locations around the pond. Enjoy the sounds of the gulf, birds and the gorgeous water views from the lounge chairs located on the property at the edge of the beach. Where should I start?! Al (our host) was fabulous from the get go. He was responsive and focused on making sure our stay was perfect. And it was.This place is a gem and a little piece of paradise for a week. the VIEW!! So close to the shore we could taste the salt air. An easy walk to the beach and had everything we needed. The unit was roomy, with more than enough space for the 4. The main bedroom had a beautiful view. Enjoyed the sunrise sky and evening storms from bed. The balcony was ideal for afternoon cocktails and morning coffee. The kitchen was very well stocked. The decor was elegant yet beachy, think Tommy Bahama meets Bermuda. The location was ideal, easy to get to all the island eats. The grounds were lovely. Almost fully recovered. The team is doing a fantastic job brining this gem back and better than ever.I’ve been vacationing in Sanibel for over 30 years and lost our timeshare to Hurricane Ian 3 years ago. It brought me joy to come back and spend my time here in Ponte Santo. Will definitely be back.I almost don’t want to share since I’d like to keep this place my own little secret.

Would Stay Again! This renovated condo was such a great place to stay. The Check-in process was a breeze, and communication from Al was quick and efficient. We would definitely stay here again. The condo was beautiful, clean, and updated, and had everything we could’ve needed, right down to pool/beach toys and towels, and even a phone charger. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and I don’t think we could’ve been closer to the beach and pool. The unit is close to the elevator, which was nice since we had difficulty with the stairs. The unit is stocked with TP, soap, paper towels, and cleaning supplies, which means we could’ve come directly to the unit before stopping at the store. They are continuing renovations by the pool, but it didn’t bother us. There are several spray stations to rinse the sand off of yourself and your stuff before heading up for the day. Oh, and the sunsets were out of this world!

Relaxing Paradise The property was well maintained, clean and updated. Everything was there that you would need such as toiletries, kitchen items, beach chairs and umbrella. Our family enjoyed putting together one of the puzzles that were available. Beach was calm and beautiful blue green water. Shells, so many shells!!! We loved collecting all kinds of shells. Mudbugs and Doc Fords were our favorite restaurants. We saw manatees, dolphins practically swimming with us, all kinds of birds, iguanas, etc. My husband and daughter chartered a boat for fishing one day and had a great time. We visited the lighthouse and wildlife refugees. Highly recommend this unit. You won’t be disappointed!

What a view I have to say property owner did a fantastic job updating unit E36View is excellent sea turtles were laying eggs daily. Pool up and running. Great location for restaurants and shopping near by.Construction was not an issue with this unit at all. Will definitely stay again.

Review of Sanibel condo Condo was attractive, tastefully appointed, easy to manage. Great view of beach and ocean from the lanai. Excellent location. Owner was very responsive to elevator suddenly not working, which required using stairs to and from 3rd floor!
