The Bay Apartments are a good value but simple place to stay in Hobart. We stayed here for 1 night this week, in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean but small. It had an overpowering smell of cleaning products when we arrived but this dispersed during our stay. The bathroom is a traditional shower-over-bath, and there is a small living area and flat screen TV. There is a small cooktop and sink, and a bar fridge. The apartments are a short walk to a large range of restaurants, a Woolworths and a Cole. There is also a pub (almost) next door. It is a short drive to Hobart CBD and there are public buses out the front. We were apprehensive at first as it was quite noisy (noise from other guests and from the road), but this didn’t affect our sleep quality. There is parking outside the unit and one reverse cycle aircon unit in the living area. Don’t expect a fancy property- this is a basic but well presented unit at an affordable price point, not a $300/nt property. If you set your expectations correctly this is a very good property. The stairways to the upstairs appartments are very narrow and it is difficult to carry large cases up and down. I’d stay here again if looking for a basic stay in Hobart, but probably not for multiple nights.

Beautiful setting and the room was lavishly decorated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was enormous. Reverse cycle air conditioning worked perfectly. Lots of hot water for the shower and there was an ample bath too. Breakfast was a wonderful array of cereals, fruits, cold meats, cheese and breads. My only criticism would be the lack of a small bar fridge as you may want to have a cold drink. They do have ice available but it can be a messy process. I would stay again and there are plenty of dining options nearby. They have a lounge for you to enjoy too with complimentary port.

Die 2 Schlafzimmer-Einheit wurde dekoriert, um das alte Stil-Haus zu passen. Wir haben die Waterview Wohnung hauptsächlich auf dem Balkon sitzen, aber leider war es zu kalt. Das Schlafzimmer, in dem wir geblieben waren, war sehr komfortabel. Mit einem großen Bett und Tisch zu verwenden. Ein bisschen laut von der Straße. Das Badezimmer klein. Steppe ins Bad für Dusche. Die Küche hatte alles, aber wir kochen nicht. Groß, waschenmaschine/Trockner. Loungeraum geräumig aber ein sehr kleines TV, das nicht die übliche ist, muss aktualisiert werden. Das Eisen auch? Die einzige Heizung ist ein Wandheizung im Wohnzimmer und 1 Schlafzimmer und ein tragbares Ölheizung im 2. Schlafzimmer, das wir in unser Schlafzimmer zu bewegen, um uns ausreichend warm zu halten. Küche war gefroren. Ich würde dort nicht in den kalten Monaten bleiben. Der Schlepper über die Straße ist geschlossen, wird aber durch BlackFig ersetzt, der ein riesiger Kaffee-/Deli-Platz ist.

I have stayed here twice, once with family and once on my own, this accommodation is very good, large rooms, great shower, clean with lots of amenities. The beds are a bit soft for me. There are plenty of food options around as well, on-site parking is great. Overall quite high on my list for value.

We had a room for the disabled and it was fantastic. Why can't every other motel I've had to stay in do a room like the Mayfair does for those in wheelchairs? The room was larger to accommodate a wheelchair and the bathroom was fitted out with a sink you could actually reach while seated, there were handholds around the shower which had a built-in seat (so important for those of us who can't stand in a shower) and bars around the toilet. I loved the overnight stay, and it was the first time I could have a shower without feeling fearful simply because of a seat in the cubicle and an extended handheld shower head. Not only was the room amazing, but the motel location was also brilliant with stores close by. The indoor garden was an added gift to a motel I'd definitely stay in whenever I'm in Hobart.

Wie man erwartet, großartiges Personal und Service, leichter Zugang - und rückgestattet und eine einladende/freundliche Atmosphäre im Vergleich zu einigen anderen, die ich besucht habe. Nun zweimal nach einem großen Zimmerpreis und gut wert der Aufenthalt mit einigen großen Aussichten (abhängig von der Lage des Zimmers). Große Auswahl an zeitnahen und kostenlosen Mahlzeiten im Boardwalk Bistro und den oberen Klasse-Essen. Große Einrichtungen in einer Lage. Unsere Familie hatte vor kurzem die Freude, im Tower Bay View Suite im Wrest Point Tower Hotel zu bleiben. Von dem Zeitpunkt an, als wir ankamen, wurden wir mit der höchsten Pflege und Aufmerksamkeit von der Hotelpersonal behandelt. Sie waren nicht nur professionell, sondern auch unglaublich freundlich und hilfreich, so dass unser Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Die Suite selbst war unschädlich, mit allen Details betrachtet. Die Sauberkeit war oberstes Gesicht, was immer ein wichtiger Faktor ist, wenn man mit Kindern reist. Die Aussicht auf unseren Aufenthalt war jedoch zweifellos die unbegrenzte Badeansicht aus unserer Suite. Es war absolut atemberaubend und bietet einen ruhigen Hintergrund für unseren Aufenthalt. Die Kinder wurden von der Sicht begeistert, und es fügte eine zusätzliche Schicht von Zauberei zu unseren Urlaub. Abschließend überstieg unser Aufenthalt im Wrest Point Tower Hotel unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht. Die Kombination aus der erstaunlichen Aussicht, der unbeschränkten Suite und dem außergewöhnlichen Personal machte unser Aufenthalt wirklich erinnerebar. Wir können nicht warten, bis wir zurückkehren und würden dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen, jemanden, der einen Aufenthalt in der Gegend bedenkt.

Beautifully maintained and appointed BnB Manor. Easily located within walking distance of Sandy Bay shopping district with a great variety of restaurants and cafés, groceries and all resources. The rooms are spacious with a beautiful four poster bed and very comfortable mattress. A clean and equipped ensuite, ensures privacy. A continental breakfast is provided with variety to suit every taste. The breakfast room overlooks the cottage garden and was warm & cosy. A fully stocked kitchen is available if you want to fend for yourself. A relaxing lounge area provides a quiet place to escape or relax, with a complimentary port should you wish to partake. Parking on site makes the transition to your room easy. A wonderful stay, close to everything, and an easy drive to so many of Tasmania’s attractions & tours. Great communication from our host, ensured we wanted for nothing. We felt like the Lord and Lady of the ‘Manor’. Highly recommended.
