This prime spot is also located just down the street from Sandusky's historical downtown. There are bars, breweries, a distillery, kayak rentals, and so much more all within walking distance.

The livable space is up above a boat-well on the second story of the property. This would be the area that you will be renting! We had a great time. So close to the downtown events we had planned. Very quiet neighborhood. The key west vibe that the street has is great. We will be back next year.

Great location!
We greatly enjoyed our stay at the boathouse! Host was responsive and everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Just a couple minutes drive to downtown and within walking distance to a couple local bars. Neighborhood was quiet which was nice after having spent a busy day at Cedar Point.

Sweet boat house!
Very cool property close to all the great things the area has to offer. Host very easy to get a hold of. Would recommend for sure! Reasonable price for Sandusky!
