I stayed there several times and definetely will stay again.Very good hotel in Sandton..Modern furnished..bed very big and confort. All staff are helpfull and happy to assist you.Breakfast has lots of international and local fresh choices.Checkin and checkout was very professionel.The Hotel is next to the Nelson Mandela square and lots of restaurants and shops inside the mall.

Would definitely stay again! The staff is very polite, friendly and accommodating. Especially the young lady that checked me in, Gift, who helped me with my bags and always got the door for me, the young man in the cafe (was always pleasant, happy and helpful) and the gentleman that checked me out. Although they were having construction, it didn't impede my stay in any way. Keep up the good work!

Ich habe nur 8 Nächte dort geblieben und hatte große Reservierungen beim Lesen der Bewertungen. Ich bin froh, dass mein Aufenthalt fantastisch war. Das Personal war großartig. Das Internet war schnell und stabil. Die Handtücher waren sauber und fluffig. Der Wasserdruck war stark und die Wohnung war sauber. Ich bin froh, dass ich meinen Instinkt vertrauen und ihnen eine Chance gab. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Tat. Gut gemacht!!!

It was a great stay. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay. The rooms were very clean and had everything required. The only things not provided were hairdryers and iron, the staff mentioned that those had been stolen in the past and its understandable that they no longer provide those. It was better than the pictures provided online. We stayed in the 3 bedroom which was 2 apartments with interleaving doors. They were very spacious. The rooms and bathrooms appear very luxurious however there are small updates that could really elevate the anesthetic such as the taps were lose on the sinks, areas of paint chipping off walls in the bathrooms, the sofa was a bit old and not very comfortable and the kitchen cupboard doors needed refurbishing. Otherwise excellent stay. I need to especially mention the lady working at the front desk who was extremely helpful in organizing a shuttle for us to the airport.

Von einem sauberen Zimmer bis zu freundlichem Personal. Dieses Hotel ist empfehlenswert zu bleiben. Das Zimmer hatte saubere Blätter, fluffige Kuchen, schöne Landschaft, was mehr Sie bitten könnten. Ich genossen wirklich meinen Aufenthalt. Ich werde nächstes Mal wieder in Sandton für alles gehen.

I recently stayed at City Lodge Hotel in Johannesburg. The overall experience was average. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try the food as they didn't offer halal options for the Muslim delegates. I believe they could improve the variety of their menu to accommodate diverse dietary needs. While I didn't have any issues with my room, the gym was quite small, and I didn't have time to use it. On a positive note, the location is convenient, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Großer Manager! Danke Charity! Charity ging aus ihrem Weg, um uns zu beherbergen. Sie ist sehr auf und ich rate sie 11 von 10. Rezeption war sauber und willkommen. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber. Das Restaurant bietet Frühstücksbuffet und gelegentlich ein Abendessen. Es gab keinen Zimmerservice, es gab Verkaufsmaschinen mit Getränken usw. Das Gebiet, das ich für eine ernsthafte Verbesserung gedacht hatte, ist ihr Abendessenbuffet. Die gebotenen Stühle waren mehr Knochen als Fleisch. Es war nicht schmackhaft, aber es machte mich zu fühlen, es war ”Haushaltsfleisch” . Es fühlte sich wie die letzten Schrott im Gefrierschrank. Der Außenbereich hatte einen schönen Pool und ein Fitnessraum. Es gab eine große Parkplätze draußen.
