the staff was horrible especially the lady at the reception, she was rude when we raised a concern about the couch. She even requested that we leave and stay at Maslow just across the road, ridiculous.

The place wasn’t as it looks on pictures.Me and my family regretted o minute of it .The stuff were horrible.Communication was so poor .

Unplanned weekend with the family. The pricing was ideal, the location is ideal. Having stayed at west point previously it was the 1sg choice.

The apartment was comfortable and clean. The reception staff were helpful and readily available if we needed anything.

We had a really great stay - the view from our room with the sun setting in the afternoon was extraordinary. The apartment was clean and everything was in place.

I book a 2bedroom apartment however, the days we arrived, the complex did not had running water in the building and we cancel the reservation and moved to a hotel. Since that weekend of 4 October, they promissed to refund the money i paid, but up to now they kept quite not even responsind to emails that i sent to the accounts department, i have tried to follow up via whatsapp but no sucess. I would advise any wanted to book an accommodation be aware that noting happens that would prevent you stay and the apartments, otherwise, say good bye to your cash without even get any satisfaction from the management

Reception is rude,she blocks clients from booking and gives false information.She went on without listening to what client wanted instead had so much attitude

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Sandton. Unfortunately, our weekend stay was negatively impacted by a water issue that was not communicated to us beforehand. Effective communication is essential, and this oversight affected what should have been a great experience.

the facility is top notch the security is 100% safe, overall service is excellent, they should keep up the good work.

I had a very good weekend and we came to celebrate my birthday the stuff was very friendly with us and the pool was nice and clean very beautiful place to be can’t wait to come back with my family 🥰

Would definitely stay here again. The place is great. Close to the Benmore shopping mall. It's safe and secure. A taxi ride to Sandton Mall is less than R60

Unfortunately, we were not timeously informed of the renovations at the facility. if we were informed beforehand, we would have opted for other options. i strongly feel this was done on bad faith and profit was considered before customers. W e had to jump contractors workers working all over the place and almost tripped on someone because of the paint buckets in the passage. Truly speaking, the officials were helpful from the bookings up until the moment we arrived. as for the maintenance team, i will rather keep quite as i was disappointed as they failed drastically to attend to our leaking bathroom. The venue is perfectly placed but we are not happy that we were not informed by the renovations on site. Regards

Great location, safe and conveniently near a lot of locations. Swimming pool and area are great places to relax and unwind if you need to get out of the apartment. Enough parking space and cars are also safe.
