Lousy location. Our room was a suite, was just terrible. Room smelled of paint. One bedroom had no a/c. Another bedroom the toilet ran all night. No mirrors anywhere. The television did not work. Staff unable to fix any of the problems until next morning when maintenance staff would be in. We left next morning. Staff claimed they were full so could not move us. Front desk told us our tour was picking us up at 6:45 am, picked up at 8:00 am. This is nothing more than a cheap car lodge similar to an old motel 6 in North America. Would never stay there again.

Stayed here for 2 nights in April. We arrived after an overnight flight from the UK. We are a family of 4 with two teenage boys starting our holiday in SA. Staff were very good and prepared the room earlier than the standard check in time. The rooms are spacious and are comfortable. The hotel is a little tired in places but you cannot go wrong for the price and location. The gym could do with some attention. Lots of shops, restaurants in easy reach from the hotel. Would recommend staying here.

I was satisfied with the service provided during my stay. The front desk staff provided recommendations to enjoy the city although limited on a Sunday. However, I forgot my pair of sunglasses behind. When trying to retrieve them and coordinate to get them returned while still in South Africa vs. waiting until I return back to the US, it has become a huge hassle. In fact, there was not much assistance offered by the staff. Gratefully the hotel I was staying at in White River was gracious enough to assist in coordinating to get them shipped to me to my hotel in Cape Town. I was highly disappointed by the lack of hospitality by the front desk. It was literally as if I'm on my own. Rather than trying to find solutions, it was yes we have them but that was it.

We had an amazing stay at the Hotel Courtyard Sandton with my wife and kids! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for our family. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special. The breakfast spread was delicious and had something for everyone. The location was also perfect, close to many attractions and amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Hotel Courtyard Sandton to families and travelers alike! Lisa and the other staff were all amazing. Friendly and attentive. Lisa went over and above to ensure our breakfast was enjoyable. Nothing was too much for her. David was one of the best waiters we've had serve us in the hospitality industry.

There was no hot water during my stay. The first line of support could not and did not provide feedback even when I followed up many times. Eventually, I got moved to a second room, that also did not have hot water- and that was also dirty. The breakfast buffet and service was exceptional.

Great clean place, conveniently located ,friendly staff and great cuisine throughout . The rooms were clean and easily accessible. The staff pay attention to detail and are very helpful. The hotel is close to amenities and is within walking distance from the iconic Nelson Mandela square and the spacious Sandton mall

A quick and effective check-in. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, the linen and towels were good quality. All of the staff well welcoming, very helpful and did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The upstairs bar is very (maybe too) comfortable :) , and setup to enjoy your meal if required, we spent 2 delightful evenings up there with Victor. A very minor equipment concern was quickly resolved by the staff. Any transport requirements were promptly addressed. Overall an EXCELLENT and well priced experience

Excellent and efficient team. Great value for money. The team is always amazing and are focused on giving customers a great service. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed & prioritised. Very quiet and is an excellent venue for team meetings.

I booked at this hotel as it was close to where I had to attend a workshop. It was only for one night and I arrived close to dinner time. Staff were super friendly. Check in was quick and professionally done. The lady at reception informed me of all the key information I required. Room was spacious , clean and well stocked with beverages. The linen and towels were clean and of high quality. After a long day, I opted to have dinner in my room. One of the staff brought me a menu and within a short time delivered the most delicious warm meal. The chips were the best I have had by far. I can recommend their plant base burger. The room has a small kitchenette which was well stocked. The whole room lacked nothing. At breakfast the chef prepared me a custom meal that I asked for. Service was excellent in all. Since I left early, I was presented with a made up lunch. Hotel is close to other attractions. A short Uber drive connected me to my event and the shopping mall. Also close to Gautrain station.

The perfect spot after long long days of travel. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast in the morning had lots of choices and something for everyone. Can't not speak more highly of the staff. Every one that we met was friendly, professional and helpful. They arranged a car for us to go to the Nelson Mandala square to shop and have dinner. Great place to stay!!

A lovely hotel conveniently located next to the Mall of Africa. Great service and cozy room. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. I just loved the convenient location of the hotel. Also rooms had all the amenities that you would expect in a modern hotel.
