Premier Inn Northwich (Sandiway)

The staff at Sandiway went over and above to make sure that my stay was the best it could be right from checking me in. Sarah, Gwyneth and Mary who were on the reception were amazing in every way. The room was clean, tidy and adequate for my three night stay and the staff reminded me that I could renew the towels, have the room cleaned if I wanted.

I had a wonderful stay again at Premier Inn, thanks to the incredibly friendly receptionist. From the moment I walked in, Mary always greets me with a warm smile and makes check-in a breeze. Their helpful attitude and genuine kindness made me feel truly welcome. It’s always lovely to be greeted by someone who clearly enjoys their job. A fantastic first impression that set the tone for a great stay!

Hotel was perfect for what we needed. There was 2 families and we just needed a bed for the night. Hotel staff were very pleasant and happy to help us. Room was basic, bathroom needed a bit of TLC - Paint peeling, seal gone on the bath. Water was very hot, and was fine for a bath and shower. Beds were comfy and room was quiet and a nice temperature. Room had a kettle, tea, coffee and milk. Plenty of towels. We had a evening meal in the pub next door which was very nice! staff very friendly with a good choice of food. Breakfast was equally as nice, plenty of choice with a breakfast cooked to order. Would definitely stay again, we used this hotel as a halfway point, first day we had been to Knowsley Safri Park then the second day we went to Bewildered.

Stayed here for a family wedding, tried this Premier Inn as the reviews were positive. Staff were friendly and welcoming, room was clean and homely and breakfast was wonderful. Has a great little pub nearby too! Would definitely recommend if you’re staying in the local area!

We had a great stay at the hotel, there was a wedding on but the staff were attentive and welcoming nonetheless. The manager even took time to introduce herself and welcomed us in. This was by far the most well run and tidiest premier inn I have stayed at and I will definitely be coming back next time I am nearby.

Only 1 chair in room. Asked for another but it was very creaky. No arm chair or little table. Radiator made tapping noises as it was not fixed properly to the wall. Rather disappointed at the standard of this Premier Inn, although the staff were helpful and pleasant.
