Overall tired and not the best of what Premier Inn can offer. Outside lighting was poor and mostly not on. Room tired with mould and dust to carpet edges. Above all is the noise. We were in the ground floor and the noise from footsteps in the room above was overwhelming at all hours.

Secound visit to sandhurst premier inn. Warm welcoming staff in hotel and in Beefeater Bed very comfortable and clean. Soft white clean towels. Shame they don't supply Variety of tea bags & Biscuits. Lovely breakfast and meals had in the Beefeater.

The check in staff were friendly and the room facilities as expected from a premier inn but it sounded like we were sleeping under a construction site. There was drilling and hammering or noises very similar going on until close to midnight, directly above us. Considering we stayed to try and get a good nights sleep before a long plane journey in the morning this was not ideal and sadly would mean I probably won’t stay at a premier inn in future again.

staff very helpful, Rooms very clean, breakfast was very good and when the eggs were not done as required no hassle in getting them replaced. Overall a very comfy restful clean stay.

Standard Premier Inn really. Pub/restaurant staff were amazing but didn't have the best experience with the receptionist. I get check in may have to be a specific time now but there is a way to talk to people and this was not the best example. We did raise it at the time but not sure what will be done. Advice, if needed. Call ahead or check after 3.

Rooms 31+ degrees, leaking roof when it rained, water gushing from light fittings, smell of sewerage as drains overflowed. No bar to escape from hot room as the bar was closed because of the roof leaking. Staff and restaurant were great.

This premier inn is one like no other. The atmosphere and the way it is placed feels like a second home. The people in the lobby are very friendly and there is free water to drink. Amenities are 2.00 each. For meals, the neater beefeater pub is a great option for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They are allied with premier inn. Nice and well cooked steak and an extensive menu at the restaurant. Only problem is that it is extremely quiet and small toilet. No air con but a complimentary fan and heating available.
