Customer service in this hotel is very rude. The hotel rooms looked nice and clean, and it is in very beautiful place in San Zeno di Montagna. But this hotel is not what it looks like. I woke up in the middle of the night in my room and there were many disgusting bedbugs in my bed! There was no one in the reception (24 h rerception had been mentioned) and I called the number of the Costabella hotel, which was finally answered. I explained the situation and asked to have a clean bed for the rest of the night. The hotel owner didn't even listen to the whole thing, just angrily shouted, not now, it is night now! I tried to say kindly that yes, it's night, and please, I need a clean bed to sleep in for the rest of the night, or where do I sleep, or what will I do now because I think nobody wants to sleep with bedbugs going around bed...But she just closed the phone and did not answer any more...Next morning the hotel manager did not want to talk about it, just ran away, did not even look at me... I tried to ask what kind of hotel this is, is it normal in Italy to force hotel guests to sleep in a bed infested with bed bugs!!?? They did not answer me anything or did not arrange new room or did not apologize. In the morning they did not even say good morning or did not want to come to my room to look the bloody spots of those killed bugs.They acted just like it was "normal" in their hotel that their customers continue sleeping with bedbugs and it is normal that they do not even speak to customers! I understand that sometimes there could be bedbugs in hotels,but normally it is self evidence to do everything to improve and refund situation. They also made mistakes regarding food allergies in the dinner and breakfast, and of course, did not even say that they were sorry! Avoid this hotel if you do not want to have worse customer service ever and if you do not want to sleep with bedbugs!
