Tenuta Zamparina

We have had the most special time staying in this beautiful boutique hotel. Not only was the decor and setting so stunning but the staff were unbelievably amazing and so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and the home made breakfasts were the best we have had. Definitely would highly recommend.

We stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our time at Zamparina. The staff recommended us really nice restaurants nearby and helped us make reservations. Everyone was also very friendly with our 2 months old baby However, there were a few things that we were not happy with and could be improved. Cleanliness: - our room was not made until 1pm for two days in a row despite that we were resting at the pool from 9am onwards - our bed sheets were not changed after three nights (only once we requested the staff to change it) - upon checking in we noticed that the private balcony area did not look cleaned up: the bar table still had glass stains on it from previous guests and also the other surroundings / furniture did not look like it was arranged for new guests to arrive - the pool had lots of insects in the water already at 8am and was only cleaned upon asking the staff to do so, or we had to do it ourselves Room: - the minibar was very noisy cooling down during night so we had to unplug it during our stay - the whirlpool didn’t heat up properly and the staff had to reset it which meant we couldn‘t use it when we wanted to - 1 water bottle / day is provided by the hotel but no water glasses (we had to ask for it) - 2 amaretti are provided as a complementary snack in the room but were not refilled after the first night (only upon asking) Breakfast: - The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide range of sweet baked goods as well as different savoury dishes such as breakfast eggs or cheese and ham. - However, the service could be improved quite a bit for example removing empty plates from ones table or asking if one would like another coffee. We had to go inside ourselves to ask for a new coffee. Pool: - we were lucky as we were almost the only guests staying at the pool. If all guests would like to stay at the pool area there would not be enough space as there are only 5 pool-beds (hotel has 6 rooms in total). When checking out we shared our feedback with the receptionist but did not receive an apology or whatsoever. Hence, for a hotel in this price category I would rate it 4/5.

Location con vista spettacolare. Abbiamo scelto una camera con sauna e jacuzzi esterne - super relax! La Tenuta è stata costruita con grande attenzione ad ogni particolare ed un utilizzo singolare del corten. Ma ciò che fa la differenza è il servizio. Emma Lisa Davide Grazia Monica …. Tutti bravissimi, simpatici e genuini. Colazione tutta fatta in casa , che varia ogni mattina . Cena sempre impostata in base alle nostre scelte ed ai nostri gusti . Bravi!

"Vogliamo che vi sentiate come a casa." Questa recensione la voglio iniziare così. Tenuta Zamparina e tutto il loro staff, ci hanno accolto davvero come se fossimo andati a trovare dei parenti a cui teniamo particolarmente. Particolarmente complimenti allo staff: Francesca e Lisa ragazze solari, disponibili e super professionali. Tenuta Zamparina è un posto magico, che ti rimane nel cuore. Che ti lascia addosso un senso di pace e magia. Grazie per l'incredibile esperienza ❤️✨ A presto.

Siamo stati per 2 notti a Capodanno 2024 in questa tenuta, una gemma nascosta tra le colline dietro Massa. Personale squisito e molto disponibile, colazioni impeccabili. Sauna e idromassaggio privati a disposizione nel giardino privato, piscina e vista spettacolari sul mare e sulla baia. Abbiamo alloggiato all’appartamento San Rocco. Arredamento moderno e di gusto. Consigliatissimo per coppie che vogliono rilassarsi fuori dalla folla. Pagato 700 euro per due persone e due notti.

Camere molto belle con jacuzzi e sauna esterna privata. Bella vista e personale molto gentile. C’è anche a disposizione un bagno turco in comune e una piscina all’aperto a temperatura ambiente. Tutto curato al minimo dettaglio, consigliatissimo!
