Access to a 9 hole pitch and putt par-3 golf course, use of the tennis/pickleball courts, parks, and soccer fields. You will have access to the entire house. We would suggest renting a car. There is UBER and Lyft but renting a car would be a much better option. Smoking and the presence of pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. The minimum age requirement for renting the property is 25 years. We'd be delighted to accommodate an early check-in if available, for an additional fee of $50, payable through Airbnb. The earliest possible check-in time would be 10 AM. Let us know if you're interested! Pool heating services are available at an additional cost of $25 per day for the entirety of your stay. Partial heating arrangements for specific days are not feasible. **IMPORTANT** Photo ID Requirement: As part of maintaining an active reservation, the primary renter agrees to provide a photo ID upon acceptance of the reservation. This ID will be required to be sent to the owner for verification purposes.
