Great place to stay!!

定酒店還是要定大品牌的，像洲際這類，昨天住這家的海景套房，瞎説我沒定，説中文他看不懂，等我出示英文確認函，才很不情願的道歉，幫我換[摳鼻]，11點要退房，延遲退房要加錢，mini club還要裝把鎖，給鑰匙，不知道還有這鐘設計🤓反正一上來就説我肯定不是定了海景房，也不願意去查，感覺很差，像坑人的。還好我英文好，要是英文不好的，真是有理説不清了

晚上到的，有點冷，房間裏有老式壁爐，沒有用，主要還沒冷到那個程度。酒店房間對着太平洋，第二天早上看到風景很美。離herts古堡和看象海豹的地方都很近。

入住的時候前台制卡沒制好，開不了房門，正好遇上工作人員有電瓶車很快就重新制好了，離海邊很近，但是沒有太陽很冷，風很大。房間有壁爐可以點，有點煙味。

房間有些舊，但是接待入住的員工非常熱情。酒店的風景和位置都非常好，旁邊10分鐘車程的地方有海象灘，可以看到一大片海象。

房間感覺乾淨，設施不怎麼樣，服務還算熱情。

Great view and pet-friendly but definitely no resort vibes. It felt like an inn or motel. The tv was horrible and had no reception. The rooms need updating and the mini fridge had no room for our own drinks, as they use it to put their own items that they sell.

We stayed here last year which prompted a return visit. Our check in experience was terrible and the younger gentleman at the desk checking us in was rude. His name was either Manny or Anthony. He clearly needs to work on his customer service skills. LACKING FOR SURE. Thankfully a woman helped us and was very understanding. The property is amazing and the rooms are very comfortable. I just wish the rooms had microwaves, they do not. There is a stocked snack drawer and mini fridge, both have locks so your kids don't wipe you out and cost you a fortune. There was a fire at sundown and there is a restaurant on site. No AC, but I guess that part of CA doesn't need it, but we kept the windows open (which got a little loud due the high volume of foot traffic). They do provide a stand up fan in each room. There is a pool that is open and was being used frequently. I highly recommend a stay at this property and I can't wait to go back next year.

The property is well maintained and plenty of room to walk along the beach. They are very pet friendly and do not charge extra for your dogs. They have two pools and 3 large fireplaces outside. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great place. The owner's could stand to put some $$$ into the facilities but the staff is wonderful & it's located in one the most beautiful places on earth. You're not really coming for the gym.

This place is awesome. It's a large property with many rooms and many things to do. The restaurant is really good and the beach is amazing (although not very easy to get to). The fireplace is a real treat on a cool coastal night. Property is however a slight bit dated, but that adds to the charm of the place.

Nothing to like. Worst service ever.other guests came in earlier than chin time they gave them room right away. They make me wait 1:40 minutes. Rude and unprofessional staff. Rooms were dirty and everything was old from furniture to pillows and curtains. Cross street hotel room was half of this room. Bab bad bad.

Wide space to walk around and enjoy the Gorgeous view of the ocean. Easy short drive to Cambria town, Moonstone Beach which is equally beautiful. The restaurant is right there and we enjoyed dinner and breakfast. I love SoCal !!! 💝.
