The hotel was just perfect for the experience we desired, and the staff was very accommodating. We also loved the restaurant and the location. The architecture of both the hotel and the town was something we appreciated. We did have an issue with the spa, which is amazingly beautiful, which they were able to resolve.

Dear potential guest, I was here and enjoyed excellent food wine sevice combined with harmony in the Garden behond the entrance. All personnel was kind and stressless, the breakfast gave me a feeling of sitting in my own kitchen served by friends wh wanted me to have the best possible start of the day, the small town is exciting and can also serve as a base for daytrips to Siena and other old places represented nearby. We stopped by in this pretending good hotel listing a lot of comforts , but we realised that the room paid was very small with an old uncomfortable mattress and a vintage tiny bathroom/shower. They offered us a drink, but at the garden the boy could not accommodate us in a table because could not move a chair from another table. We left and coming back we found a better waiter. The spa is somewhere else, difficult to reach and use. Not very useful. The worst experience was the restaurant service. We arrived at 7.30 after they said we could go and find a table for hotel guests, but they could not accommodate the 4 of us with a kid because a pretending owner said we did not book in advance. In advance when? There were plenty of empty tables, but they could not manage the empty table without a booking. Then the pretending owner with no sense of respect for clients said it was not her business if a I bad mother did not book in advance a table at the restaurant. Quite Rude, isn’t it ? Should this lady work at the entrance of a restaurant? It is clear the lady does not know how to behave with clients and I do hope future potential clients will look for a better location to stay in San Quirico d’Orcia until the property of this hotel will learn how to behave with this kind and business.

I went for a solo trip. The hotel was excellent. It’s a great place to unwind / relax/ read/ cycling. Very friendly & helpful staff. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The food was very good. I can’t fault a thing at this place. I strongly recommend this place.

This was the most wonderful stay in the small village. There are great staff, great locals and restaurants. There is plenty of places to walk to for wine, pizza, gelato and the hotel itself has an incredible restaurant. We already can’t wait to come back!
