Jeder der Angestellten war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, das Essen generell und im Besonderen das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet! Es war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Der anliegende Strand hat sich angefühlt wie ein Privatstrand - wir kommen wieder!

Super schöne, großzügige Zimmer, 2 riesen Pools und ein Team dass sich perfekt um einen kümmert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen! Der Rooftoppool ist mega und die Snorchelguides sind super entspannt drauf! Auch das Essen hat uns stets überzeugt!

Very peaceful/beautiful resort. The staff are all very kind & welcoming, a special shoutout to Eric who was very detailed and helpful the entire trip! The food is okay (pizzeria was our favorite) but the pools are very nice. Get a golf cart & explore!

The hotel was amazing. The rooms are luxurious, the food was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Eric. He was the first person we met welcoming us to the hotel. During the stay he checked in on us to see if we needed anything and made sure everything was handled. Eric is awesome and wears the best sneakers.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels in my life and this is easily the most memorable experience I've had. 1) Starting with the staff - everyone was absolutely incredible, remembers your name, and is focused on giving the best experience possible. Special shout outs to Nick, Alex, Tricia, Yonnie, and more for all their knowledge, amazing food/drinks (try the fresh juices in the morning and the ginger cocktails) , and remembering everyone's names. You really feel like home here after a day. 2) The location is good but I'd recommend renting a golf cart from nearby to be able to go into town, which is not walkable. 3) Check out some of the great events hosted by the hotel, such as the morning yoga

I had a wonderful experience at Alaia Belize Hotel. Bed were soft as feathers. Food was the best food I’ve ever had on vacation. Customer service was a 10/10. Staff speaks English very well. Beach is under construction. Views were breathtaking.

The resort was beautiful, Clean and the staff were incredible. I arrived with a party of 15 and regardless of where your room is located you’re going to have an amazing view. The staff were incredible. I would like to give a special thanks to Blanca and Elvis for making me and my family & friends feel right at home.

I had an absolute blast. Alaia is the best hotel on San Pedro. When I went, the beach smelled due to seagasm. The food at the hotel, is expensive and could have been better. I suggest venturing out on San Pedro. Eric, who works at the hotel is a delight. The hotel will provide a small cake for celebrations. I suggest staying here if going to San Pedro, Belize.
