Nice place to stay and very accomodating staff, near in malls and market

Es war nicht richtig gereinigt. Badezimmer und Betten sollten richtig gereinigt werden, die wichtigste in den Hotels, weil die Menschen dort bleiben, um für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt zu ruhen ein sauberes Badezimmer und das Bett ist ein Muss.

Zimmer sind oberhalb eines einzelnen Garageraums, Sie gehen in den Garageraum und dann einige konkrete Schritte nach oben zu Ihrem Zimmer. Zimmer sind grundlegende, aber sauber und einfach mit allem, was Sie für einen komfortablen Nachtaufenthalt benötigen. Mein Zimmer hatte ein Moskitoproblem, ich musste auf eine Moskitojagd gehen und musste etwa 20 von ihnen gefangen haben. Aber ich erwähnte das an der Rezeption, als ich zum Abend verließ und das Sprühte mein Zimmer während ich aus war. Es gibt nicht wirklich viel Wahl für die Unterkunft in der Biñan-Zone, und das ist ok, wenn ein wenig Grund. Gut für Übernachtung.

Meine Tochter und meine Familie blieben vor 2 Nächten in 2 Suiten Familienzimmern. Die Zimmer waren groß genug. Das einzige, was wir nicht mögen, war, dass es in jedem Zimmer einen Hund gibt. - 2 Hund insgesamt. Meine Tochter beschwerte sich darüber, da wir 2 x 8 Monate alte Babys mit uns haben. Der Empfänger reagierte jedoch und versuchte, die Hexen zu fangen und zu töten. Einer der Taucher im Toilette wurde auf dem letzten Aufenthalt unseres Aufenthalts blockiert. Die Klimaanlage war gut. Das Hotel muss nur ihre Hygiene und Sauberkeit erhalten und versuchen, die Hühner auf ihrem Hotel zu entfernen. Andernfalls sind Hohel-Mitarbeiter nett mit dem Hotel mit guter Lage wie in der Nähe der Hauptstadt und des Marktes.

It was nice. The people are nice but it's not nice.

Das war nach meiner letzten Erfahrung nicht so gut. Aber es war gut für eine Nacht Ruhe nach der Reise. Und sauber und geräumig.

The property is clean but lacks a lot of things which we found during our visit as under: 1. The lady all-in-one staff at the property lacks hospitality skills, she speaks to the guests as if they are doing a favor by giving a room to the guest for the tariff they are charging. 2. The property pictures look beautiful but the reality of the surroundings outside the property is sad. The property is good. The property is far from the city centre and transportation is a bit of a challenge. 3. We booked for a single standard but due to oversight we booked the room with a shared toilet upon reaching the property when we realized our mistake we were told that if we needed an attached toilet then we had to upgrade the room by paying additional Php.300 which we agreed but later we realized that the lower end room had TV but this upgraded room is without TV. 3. The property shows a ”Kitchenette: in all rooms and the pictures on the property listing also show cooking utensils, a kettle, and a microwave but we did not find the cooking utensils and we were told that cooking is not allowed in the rooms and we should not use the microwave oven also too much. refer picture. 4. There is no wardrobe in the room. A small clothes rack is provided which can accommodate only two towels weight and anything more than that will damage the rack itself. There is no luggage storage space as mentioned in the listing. 5. No towel hangers or any kind of racks or hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels. Refer picture. 6. We were provided a pair of slippers of two different colors and different sizes, refer picture. 7. Listing says 24-hour check-in/out but we were told at the property that check-in/out is at 2 p.m. and left before 12 noon. 8. Last point is that the property is very far from the main city center and there is no proper food & beverage facility around the property at least for 5-6 km radius. I wish to inform the property management to take the above comments in a constructive manner and work on them and make changes to the listing and also look at improving upon the points and not take them otherwise and reply as they have done to many comments here in a very unprofessional manner. I have been a hotelier myself for the past 34 years and our first rule always was ” The guest is always right”.
