Casa Luna Hotel Boutique

This was the cutest hotel. The location was close to everything we could need. They had free valet parking but parking on the street would not have been an issue. The staff was kind and the place was so clean. My only issue was the wifi did not work while we were there.

My wife and I found this hotel tired, understaffed, and way oversold at a "boutique" hotel. . Despite their claims, don't expect to find someone who can speak English. Don't expect their advertised free parking, and don't expect one of their staff to meet you at the front when they say they will be there, and certainly don't expect them to bring your car at the appointed time. Also, don't expect the bathtub in your room to have a drain plug, and be prepared to not be able to access your room due to maintenance. We booked a three-night stay, but after about an hour of disappointment, we went to another hotel. We were more than willing to pay for the first night, but sought a refund for the second and third nights based on the 24-hour cancellation policy. After several days of trying, even Hotels.com's customer service department was unable to reach anyone at Casaluna to address our request.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful grounds and within walking distance to all the tourist attractions, restaurants and bars. Very secure. Clean. Staff are pleasant and speak English. My room was towards the front garden area as you entered. The curtains didn't fully close so people could see through if I was changing! The room was quite chilly especially at night. Otherwise, this is a good option.

Casaluna Hotel Boutique was a very nice hotel. The employees were very helpful and polite. The rooms were nice and big. We stayed in a suite with a terrace so it was nice to have our continental breakfast outside. Great size tub but the only thing was it took forever to fill because it did not have a faucet. The location of the hotel was great, close to everything.

I loved it! It is beautiful, clean, comfortable and well located. Despite being high season, the attention and service was impecable. It's a hotel that makes you feel that you are really on vacation, it inspires you!

Íbamos con ciertas dudas ya que luego las fotos de internet son engañosas, pero tuvimos una agradable sorpresa ya que si nos gustó mucho. Está muy céntrico y se puede uno ir caminando a la Iglesia de San Miguel Arcángel. Todos los empleados son super atentos y siempre tratan de ayudar. Definitivamente si regresaremos y además lo recomendamos ampliamente

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado a 4 cuadras de la plaza principal, esto permite caminar por sus calles y conocer muy bien el centro de San Miguel, es un hotel muy tranquilo y limpio es chico pero acogedor yo lo recomiendo para pasar unos días fuera de la ciudad

La habitación estaba sencilla y un poco descuidada. Se siente que han ido dejando pasar detalles. El lugar está lindo pero no es para personas exigentes. No tiene ningún tipo de servicio de comida o bebida, no hay amenidades, el staff es limitado. Los tiempos de espera en check in son muy altos y la espera para la entrega del coche fue de 1 hora. Teníamos que avisar antes de llegar, 40 minutos primero, luego nos pidieron avisar a los 15 minutos y aún así ni el valet ni recepción estaban listos para recibirnos. No volveríamos a quedarnos aquí.

En los pequeños detalles se da uno cuenta de que el dueño no está pendiente: Los arreglos ya deshechos, las lámparas medio mal puestas... El servicio de valet parking no llegó nunca, tuvimos que llevar solos nuestras maletas. El internet no llegaba a la habitación, tuvimos que conectarnos desde el lobby. No hay escritorio en el cuarto ni refrigerador. Y lo más malo es que a la señorita ni le importó todo esto, no se movió de su lugar para nada ni trató de compensar los inconvenientes, solo nos cobró los $250 extras por la pensión del auto y tan tan.
