Relais Clubresidence

Absolutely NOT recommended; we staied there between Christmas and New eve for 7 nights (end of 2023), in a 2 bedrooms flat. We booked after talking by phone with the receiptionist specifying clearly that we had 3 kids, the youngest being 1y old. The flat was old, poorly decorated, the baby bed was in the kitchen/living room, as it could not fit in the room that were upstairs (how can you imagine make a 1-y baby sleep in a living room???); kitchen is useless as too small and old; burned my finger while holding the hairdryer; had to make the matress change in the main room; security bareer was broken on the top bed for the kids. So my 2 sons had to sleep together in the lower bed for 3 nights as nobody from the reception was considering us. Talking about the reception which is 10min from the place: poorly responsive, not understanding, did not even try to help nor reduce the price (3000 euros for 7 nights!!!) considering the poor quality of the service. Talking with other guests: all felt the same. Swimming pool cannot be used as too cold, spa was overcrowed. Thank you ClubRes for this terrible holidays: we will NEVER come back for sure
