Filtered water and coffee were always available in lobby. Not impressed with breakfast. BE AWARE, a google review will get you a free breakfast. Kids 11u eat free. Otherwise it'll set you back $10. I'd consider breakfast avg if it were included, but expected more since it's an add-on. Only one of the 2 stairwells reach the lobby directly. Only 1 of the 2 elevators were available, having the internal stairwell is very important.
