Excelente hotel para un viaje de negocio. Habitaciones impecables, ropa de cama de muy buena calidad, wifi rapido y restaurante aceptable aunque quizás un poco caro. Estacionamiento gratuito. El hotel está organizado alrededor de un jardín, es un edificio de dos plantas similar a un motel norte americano. Muy seguro y bien cuidado. Gimnasio adecuado aunque los aparatos ya tienen sus años y se les nota. Muy buena ubicación en las principales vías de acceso a SLP y a unos 10 minutos en coche del centro histórico. Personal extremadamente amable y profesional. Impecable manejo de protocolos covid.

Gute Lage im Zentrum von San Luis Potosí, komfortable und große Zimmer mit panoramaersicht und mit allen Dienstleistungen perfekt funktionieren. Meine einzige Beschwerde ist, dass sie am Neujahrsabend informiert hatten, dass die Nahrung bis 19:00 Uhr serviert werden würde, aber zumindest seit 18:30 Uhr wollten sie nicht mehr serviert werden, egal, dass es in der Gegend kein Restaurant mehr gibt. Ich empfehle es, aber die Frage der Kundendienste muss verbessert werden, denn das ist es, was wir tun müssen.

My husband and I always stay here when visiting S.L.P. I've never been disappointed! The staff are amazing, the beds are perfect for me (big beds and hard so that you don't sink in). The showers are perfect - hot and great pressure and the rooms are big with a beautiful view of the city. They also have parking and friendly staff. The location can't be beat- Love this place!

Mein Partner und ich hatten eine Reservierung für sechs Nächte, aber wir mussten nach zwei Nächten fahren, da gerade vor dem Hotel zwei Bars standen, deren Musik bis ca. 6 Uhr nicht gestoppt war. Wir haben von einigen Gästen gehört, dass das Unternehmen ein zwei-Quadrat-Hotel mit dem Namen ”Palacio la Embajada” hatte, zu dem wir sagen, wir ziehen. Dieses Hotel hat neben alt, auch klimatisierte Zimmer mit unerträglicher Hitze, Die Terrasse ist leer und entspricht nicht dem, was auf den Webseiten gezeigt wird. Aufgrund all dieser Dinge haben wir uns entschieden, nach einer Nacht endgültig zurückzuziehen. Was die Behandlung des Personals von Santosi betrifft, war dieser freundlich, dienstlich und aufmerksam, Wir müssen jedoch darauf hinweisen, dass wir versichert waren, dass das Zimmer das Hotel ins Innere geben würde, und das wurde nicht erfüllt.

Die geografische Lage des Hotels ist ziemlich gut. 200 m können Sie nach dem Bus unter der Hauptbahnhof in St. Louis Potosi erreichen. Dieses Hotel ist zwar etwas alt, aber es war früher der Grund des Fünf-Sterne-Hotels und der Außenpool ist sehr erstaunt. Es ist wirklich eine Überraschung, dass Sie zu einem Hotel mit einem Preis von über 400 Dollar RMB leben. Abbildung 3 ist die Kathedrale von St. Louis Potosi, sehr schön.

I chose this hotel specifically for the pool while visiting family. When I arrived, I had an easy quick check-in and room was already ready. Front desk staff was friendly. We promptly headed to the pool. Our pool time came to a quick end when we were told maintenance was about to start so we had to leave. This could have turned into a bad situation but I will give kudos to the manager Enrique. He made arrangements for the hotel to shuttle us to the other Hilton 10 mins away to use their pool. Then we were allowed to keep our room until the next day 6p so we could use the pool since it was then ready and repaired. The room itself had a beautiful view. Parking was easy onsite. We would stay again.

As a female solo traveler, I felt safe and supported by the Holiday Inn staff (Feb. 19, Feb. 22, Feb. 23). The reservation staff found someone to come to my room to do my covid test, they coordinated the delivery of tacos from a nearby restaurant, they exchanged my dollars to pesos, called taxis for me, and the shuttle service was reliable and excellent. I'd appreciate hotel management letting those particular staff know that they made the event of my cancelled flight much more tolerable because of their kindness.
