Luxhigh Hotel

Unser größtes Kompliment geht an das Del Rey Hotel, insbesondere an die freundliche und aufmerksame Rezeption, das Restaurant, die Bar und die Lobby. Tolle Lage mitten im Stadtzentrum. Das Hotel ist etwas altmodisch eingerichtet und verfügt über große, geräumige Zimmer, die immer supersauber sind. Das Restaurant serviert eine gute Auswahl an Speisen. Es gibt ein bisschen Unterhaltungsszene auf Wunsch auch mit freundlichen Damen, aber kein Problem. Wir waren seitdem mehrere Male dort Costa Rica bereisen und auch gefunden Die kostenlose Parksituation ist günstig. Sagen wir, für das Stadtleben eine gute Wahl Jederzeit zu empfehlen. Besides having no casino as name states. At first found out room had no English tv. then was hanged to anther room with no English tv. the third room had only 8 old programs in English and no news station. 80% of guest in hotel ******* are Americans. Real problem got charged 15$ for girl that came as guest to my room......we had a problem . girl did not want to do anthing promised, after 5 minutes and had to have security and manager get her out of my room. I was asking the manager to refund the $15 the hotel charged for girl. the manager said they are private contractors and no refund for me. I paid the 15 to hotel not gird. did not use the room. please refund my $15 for the guest. it enough i got scamed by the girl.. ...PS, manager had no desire to ban that girl from hotel. She is going to rip another DelRey Guest in the near future. The old management would never let that girl into the Delrey to con another guest. Please refund my$15. hurrable charge for girl

holy cow, busy but great place. easy from airport to the hotel. nice bar, lots of freindly people, very safe, food was good drinks were good, surely i will visit again soon, save me a room on top floor,

Had a very unique experience. The staff was very helpful. Sara the event planner was incredible. She arranged two outings for me. The first was to the volcano Poás and then to flower garden and zoo filled with local animals. The second was to Arenal volcano and hot springs. The people who were approving the purchase online were too slow that she was going to have to stay overtime to complete the transaction. Not only did she complete the transaction after her shift. She also met me at the restaurant. Give me the details. Unfortunately the first trip I sprained my ankle badly and had to rely on Oscar to get me ice go to the pharmacy if needed and be my general helper to get better. The hotel had a very nice rock concert on Friday night, but in general it is empty as is the bar and casino. Unfortunately, there are no more chicas or ladies to draw customers.
