Everything and everyone was great. From check in with Lilianas beautiful smile, to Dante, Jose and Rosalinas assistance when needed. Close to 2 great supermarkets, a Oxxo , a Starbucks, and even a McDonald's. There was a coffee machine, blender, toaster, fridge and dinnerware in the very clean room with balcony. Also very close to the (very cheap) bus stop to Chileno Beach and Cabo San Lucas. I would definitely return. Don't miss Art Walk on Thursday night in the town center (take Uber).

We had a one week RCI exchange in a 2 BR suite in Nov 2024 - out first time here. Staff : friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Answered questions about local transit and walk to close by beaches. Hotel : we had a 2 story suite and thus might be challenging for those less physically able to walk. The units were comfortable and well equipped - full kitchen and fridge. Bathroom had all amenities - appreciated the local honey-based shower gel, shampoo and conditioners sourced locally. The pools were however very cold to swim in - I often wonder why they are not heated for the guests who escape the winter chills in Cabo! Location : close to restaurants and supermarkets although it's still a walk if you're carrying heavy groceries! Beaches are not easily accessible nor swimmable but if one is willing to walk, there are 2 paths to access the beach. We were grateful to use Uber to get around town - downtown San Jose Del Cabo is a good 25-30 minute walk from the resort. There is an on-site restaurant that was "okay" - better similarly priced places outside ; pool bartender was lovely! Loved the "chill" of this laid back resort and we'd come again for sure!

The good - friendly cleaning staff, good toilet paper, and no big bugs. Grocery stores are close and good massages are within a couple block and good tacos. Yikes - internet is always unstable, cuts out constantly and averages 3mbs downloads... often less than 1. The staff suggest public areas for internet as it's not available in all rooms. Only 2 English Channels on TV, one is News, so with no internet and no TV, nights here were not great. There is constant traffic noice from the deck as the main road is not very far away.
