I did my booking ahead of time, but when i got there the day i needed the room i had to cancel it because the workers informed me one side of the building didnt have hot water . Apparently the room i booked was on the side with no hot water so i had to cancel it because after traveling who doesn't want a nice warm shower . It would have been nice if they did either or call the persons who did the bookings and got a room on the side with no hot water and let them know ahead of time or moved their rooms to one with hot water as soon as they knew about the problem so we wouldnt have to cancel.
