Don't miss this opportunity to rent our house! The following areas are off-limits for guests: The garage and a small closet under the stairs. They are used for storage and will be locked. Some important things to note are: -There are two places to park your car: in the driveway and the street parking. -Security cameras in the exterior spaces, such as the driveway, front door, backyard, and side yards. - Please get in touch with us for the daily rate if you want to use the pool heater. We need at least one week's notice before your arrival to heat the pool. - All guests must sign a pool waiver at least two weeks before arrival. - NO partying or large gatherings! **Update: The gas BBQ grill in the backyard is out of service, but we do offer a charcoal grill at the moment.** Please let us know if you have any other questions.
