Wir haben das Hotel auf Grund der zum Teil guten Bewertungen und der Fotos gebucht. Ich habe eins der neuen modernisierten Zimmer 204 gebucht. Alles war wie beschrieben. Es gibt nichts negatives zu sagen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, mit Balkon und ein sehr schöner Blick über den See. Super ist auch die Parkgarage im Nachbarhaus. Eine Katastrophe ist die Organisation des Frühstücks. Das kann man professioneller organisieren. Man steht in einer Schlange und ein Kellner kümmert sich um jeden Gast einzeln. Da ist noch potenzial nach oben. Der Teller wird einschließlich Getränk wird von einer Servicekraft zusammengestellt. Obst gab es leider überhaupt nicht. Nach einem Ei muss gefragt werden. Der gesamte Service im Hotel ist total enttäuschend. Nach dem am Abend die Gäste den Tisch verlassen haben, sitzt das Küchenpersonal am Pool und feiert. Für mich ein absolutes No Go. Dem Hotel fehlt eine richtige Hotelleitung. Wir haben uns als Gäste nicht willkommen gefühlt.

Das Hotel Bazzoni hat eine wundervolle Lage, einen sehr guten Blick von den Balkonen der Zimmer auf den Comer See und einen terrassenförmig angelegten Garten, der den Hügel hinauf führt und über mehrere Swimmingpools und Bars verfügt. Inklusive Frühstück und Abendessen vom Buffet, was gut war. Die Bar im Erdgeschoss ist auch atemberaubend. Auf der negativen Seite, die Dinge über das Hotel sind zu wünschen übrig. Als wir ankamen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es ausgebucht war und unsere Reservierung an das Schwesterhotel Britannia (und viel billiger) weiter unten übertragen worden war. Wir wurden abgenommen, um es zu sehen, aber das Zimmer war feucht und böse, nach einem harten Streit einigten sie sich darauf, uns in Bazzoni wieder aufzunehmen. Dies war wirklich ein außergewöhnlicher Ort. Literalmente direkt am See, Lage konnte nicht besser sein. Auch in der Nähe von einigen Geschäften und Restaurants in beiden Richtungen entlang der Seestraße. Das schöne Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Badezimmer war fast so groß. Wir hatten Glück, ein Eckeszimmer mit zwei Balkonen zu bekommen. Tipp: Geben Sie ein Zimmer mit einem Balkon! Das Hotel ist auch auf einer ziemlich besetzten Straße. Der Verkehr hat uns überhaupt nicht beunruhigt, aber für leichte Schlafer könnte es laut sein. Wir haben auch das Restaurant am Abend versucht. Das Essen und der Service waren sowohl ausgezeichnet, Top-Notch. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, nicht eine große Auswahl, sondern mit qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Wir würden sicher zurückkommen!
