ITS MORE OF A RESIDENCE RATHER THAN HOTEL..ALOT OF KIDS..MAKES YOU FEEL SAFE

This hotel is cool. The workers are very helpful and trustworthy. My room had a closet, drawers, TV set, sink, soap, towels and a window that opens and closes. The heater worked efficiently and the bathrooms were relatively clean. Stay here when visiting San Fran. You won’t regret it

價格真的很便宜，刷卡進入口，但進去後是一個比較陡的高台階，注意，不收取信用卡費。老闆的房間裏有賣泡麪，房間裏意外的有一個大風扇。酒店所在大街，估計晚上不能出去吧，白天是許多貌似南美裔的在擺地攤

Did not understand the concept of a service dog. The lady working there was very rude about everything especially the service dog concept. The stairs going up were totally wet and our service dog slipped and rolled down about 5 steps and management did not show any concern. Small room with no television and someone was yelling off the balcony at all times of the night right next to us. Had to pay $250 dollar deductible fee besides room cost. Horrible place.

It was an adequately clean room in perhaps one of the worst parts of San Francisco so I expected worse but it wasnt great either. Better than expected but wouldn't choose to stay there again. $250 deposit was ridiculous

Mission district is amazing for food and nightlife. Stayed here because of that. Made a mistake roaches and bugs in the room. ********** in parking lot break on to your car (no security)

This hotel is not for the picky traveler. I was in one of the rooms that has the private bathrooms and I found it basically to be what I needed. Bathroom was clean. The towels smell like Clorox. The bed was comfortable. The area was not the best but there was plenty of little restaurants and bars and stores to meet my needs. This is a hotel and also is a residential building. It was near the BART and walking distance to many places I needed to get to. If you are laid-back and not picky this hotel may meet your needs. Just get the room that has the bathroom in it.

I stayed here back in 3019 and I rated this place 10 back then . However, this place time Je placed in a room where the mattress was “springy “ , noisy and lopsided The quality of mattress is so important.I don’t think I will come back. Sorry 😣

I didn't stay in property.The property was completely misleading. ******* shows only pictures of beds and top 2 stories of building. I don't care about graffiti or homeless but there gangs in area a and am sure they would have broken into my rental. When I examined property I was buzzed upstairs like in a prison cell. This property is shameful for ******* to support. Had the pictures shown on site no one, not just me, no one would stay there. I have pictures to prove.
