Chancellor Hotel on Union Square Bewertungen

Die Lage des Zimmers ist sehr praktisch, in der Nähe des Union Square und Macy's. Obwohl die Ausstattung etwas älter ist, ist es sehr sauber und ruhig. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es kostenlos warmes Wasser, Kaffee, Kekse und Obst. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ziemlich gut.

Sehr schönes und frisch renoviertes Zimmer mit sehr bequemem Bett. Das Zimmer hat alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwartet. Es ist ruhig, aber trotzdem sehr zentral gelegen (direkt am Union square). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, in der Lobby gibt es Wasser und sehr leckere Cookies gratis.

This is my second time staying here and it feels just like home, Chinatown is right around the corner and the Walgreens is right there, I’ll be staying here from now on Everytime I come into San Francisco, Love this place.

It is a very old hotel but it is clean. I felt ok before the wired incident happened. I checked in after 3pm after a long flight . They woked me up by knocking to my door around 8pm for just checking if someone in the room. Then they called me after ard 15mins later and told me that they gave me the wrong room and want me to get packed and go down to the lobby. Even I told them I was sleeping and I have already unpacked they still want me to go down to the lobby to show my ID. I told them I don't mind but they have to wait and apologize is not enough. They should prepare some compensation. After they heard that I requested for compensation they gave up and said that I don't have to go down to the lobby anymore. How can it possible for a staff to request the guest to move out from the room just because of their system's mistake???

Room is very clean and bed very comfortable. Good room service everyday, unlimited complimentary water, coffee, tea, cookies all day long. Wifi available in room. Staff are courteous. Location is close to Union square and all transport. I will stay here again next time. The only flaw is the TV is not connected to power & no power cord provided, hence can't watch TV, hope this can fix.

It’s a lovely hotel with its own charm. Everything is very well thought out. I even stayed here a second time on my way back. Thank you to Shirley for her helpfulness and assistance. Any misunderstandings that were happened were quickly resolved.

A decent hotel with very good location. Me and my 2 kids came for a vacation for 4 days in San Francisco and we had a good time both outdoor and indoors in hotel. Only setback is we hv to fetch water from lobby. We can’t boil our own water for our drinking. Either than that we were very happy with the service and stay. Good place to travel to places of interest.

I had a trip with my family in SFO, and stay in chancellor hotel for 3 nights, due to some booking issues, I was unable to check in properly, the staff of chancellor who help me out especially VIVIAN, she was very kind and patient to help me step by step , and finally solved my problems, I was very appreciated !  Other staff are also very nice and friendly, overall we are very satisfied with our stay, I will definitely introduce this hotel to my friends and come back again. I will rate this hotel as 5 +star!!!

All Good, Good Location good  sleep , extended stay for 4 nights 

I like the hot water, tea, coffee, cookies, apples and popcorn supplies at the lobby. Hotel prepared champagne for my birthday but I was given a wrong room initially. Location is convenient but noisy, due to protests going on at the nearby hotels. They start early morning and end late at night. Room size is decent, we got a queen bed and it was soft. The toilet bowl position is very close to the toilet door and the wall. The room might not be ok for elderly or ppl with disabilities as there is only bath tub in the toilet.

Very good ! It was in a good location for sightseeing, very fast, a little small but the facilities were very clean and satisfactory.
