Always a great stay here and each time is always a delight! Great location, wonderful staff - will let you get things done in San Fernando right! For a practical stay, this place is hard to beat.

The staff are accommodating and professional. They are friendly and approachable. Checking in and out was quite quick.

Stayed at the third floor. The BAD: (1) The hotel keeps the RFID card access for the elevator. This is very inconvenient, guest will always rely on the staff for every elevator ride. This may lead to delays especially on peak hours. (2) NO toilet exhaust (3) Poor internet connection (4) Only ONE PILLOW per bed (5) No BREAKFAST included (6) For the price paid @ P2,800 per night, this is rather frustrating. The GOOD (1) location is good, if you’re a runner, it’s near to Poro Point.

The hotel is located near the main road and walking distance to Robinsons Mall.

The room is good, smell nice and spacious.the bed is comfy.no view but you can book rooms with window view. The shower and bathroom is spacious. But you need to wash your bum with dipper because the bidet spray is connected to the shower but all in its nice to stay here in travelite express la union.😁 the staffs are friendy.When your using the elevator going up the staff need beep a card to use the elevator but going down no need. 🫠

Lacking some amenities like slippers and bottled water but the place is clean.

Booked for my husband during his business trip. Easy to find and nice hotel.

Just okay if no other option as compared to other cities hotel with the price.

They have a good service and staff. The only hassle is their elevator, they only have one key card and the only ones who can operate are the staff, so you have to call them if you use the elevator. The room is clean and the bedsheets are fragrant but you still see some stains. Their food is a bit expensive but it’s delicious. Overall, our stay was good.

Felt very safe in the place. Elevator is guided by crew with key card. Vehicle parking is gated with guards. Needs improvement on shower nozzles as most are blocked already with hard water

Must be my bad timing - but the malfunctioned or un-serviced water heater is an issue to me. Couldve had given swift 5stars. Recommendation: For a new, clean, good smelling hotel .. Pls add complimentary goodies. Eg. Coffee I felt sad about the cup and saucer empty-unused in those fancy corner tables and bed top.

I’m quite disappointed with my stay here. This is my second time booking on this hotel. The first one was a good experience but not the second time around. The toilet experiences occasional malfunctions with water supply, and the shower has a low water flow.
