Our Gardener usually comes around early afternoon and it only takes about 10-15 minutes. The space has vaulted ceilings and in front of it sits an open-concept dining room. The kitchen is renovated and the dining room seats up to 10. The driveway fits 3 cars and there is ample street parking available. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with the necessities to cook any meal. Adjacent to the kitchen is a table seated for 4 which faces the second living room area.The second living room area has a large sectional couch, work desk, and dimming ceiling lights. There’s a 55” flat screen smart TV with all streaming apps available for use. (Netflix, Youtube, HBO, Disney+, etc.)The backyard is canyon facing, and very private with a gas grill, comfortable outdoor seating and a covered picnic table. Half of the backyard is a large grassy area and the other half is cemented where the seating area and grill are set up.There are five bedrooms upstairs: 1. The first has a set of twin bunk beds2.
